Dude, can u pls guide me to the person who opened ur headlight with screwdriver?? My current headlight glass is totally scratched out due to a crash & i have a perfectly nice spare headlight glass with a broken assembly which was originally with my FZ. Dont want to pay 650 bucks just for the front glass while i already have one in spare with me.

****but you have to use the HID's only when necessary bcoz it will drain out your battery !!

                • LED position light Issues

Recently i ordered a LED Position light(blue) for my FZS,you can see that on my display picture.

initially it worked well for 1 week, now after install the HID with projectors and angel eye, the lights comes on and off constantly.

i checked it with the stock bulb(yellow ones) it work perfectly fine.
the socket of the LED position light where it goes in doesn't make a perfect match for the new LED Light.

can some one let me how much does the Socket where the position ligh fit's in cost??

You got to heat the Assy and then just pull it apart. No broken pieces!

Wat else can be used to heat up the Assembly apart from the obvious Microwave/Blow gun etc ?? I was wondering if a simple candle on the edges would work ?

it should be possible but the problem is it will be too slow... so by the time you are done with the heating part most of the portion will stick agagin...

Yep, like kinshuk said it wont be possible. The problem in FZ's H/L is that the glass is sandwiched with glue.so even a hair dryer wont help you.you need a proper heat gun or oven unlike p220's which is pretty easy to remove with a hair dryer.

yea its a "Bixenon" HID with Projector and Angel Light !!!

for the fiting the Projectors , i would recommend all FZ owners to go for a old headlight assembly from an old FZ( like just getting is exchanged from some one else)

because old headlights are easier to open up then the new ones as the glue on new headlights are too sticky !!
