  • Guys I am almost at the end of the patience line with respect to my bike , again today it gave up in traffic... complete shutdown , extremely frustrating ... repeated calls to the SVC has done nothing to fix it , local mech can't seem to understand whats wrong with it , he did give me a solution which is crude and quite cumbersome ... ( have explained this previously ) ... Now am at my wits end ... Dunno what to do ...
People ask me , why are you cribbing about the BHP ? to them I say "MORE is never ENOUGH" xbhp.com

Why dont you try sending a mail to yamaha back office explaining your problem. They will reply you via mail and then will call you after a day or 2. Then they will contact the SVC manager who will take care of it as though you were a KING! and I mean it cause i got one such treatment so please do try that.

Make sure you dont have any punctures and always check the air pressure when the tyres are in cold condition.

Always keep your tire pressure= front-30,rear-37.This is due to our very best ROAD in the world. So maintain this pressure if u dont want to destroy the rim.Every 2 weeks check the pressure. If u are riding two up then this is best psi to keep seeing our road condition.Happy riding..

I have described it , but here it is again ... the bike just shuts down completely ... and by completely I mean electricals , engine ... everything ... and then what i gotta do is open the RHS side panel and there is a round box above the fuse box , gotta whack that box and it comes back to life ... yesterday a fuse had blown ... no idea how or why ...

                        • Guys my bike's engine shuts down whenever I press clutch and downshift gear during speed breaker or in slow moving traffic when we use clutch frequently The SVC guys are unable to diagnosis the problem. Checked and cleaned the spark plug and also made setting with idle rpm screw but still problem persists. Please advice ASAP.

If you keep riding on this tyre pressure then your ride will be bumpy. Also in cold conditions if you fill extra pressure in your tyres then the air is bound to expand more after sometime. So the pressure will again increase and your ride will be more bumpy.

That is the reason companies give the recommended tyre pressure and also mention that this will be under cold condition of the tyres.

you are right, but what I am telling is to fill tire after some odd 5 km ride so that it is hot.The ride will not be bumpy if you soften the rear suspension a bit.Keeping more psi is for your own good(courtesy-our good road)if you dont want to bend your rear rim.
