If my memory serves me correctly, there has been a thread on how to replace those faulty LEDs

Perhaps this thread should help you out.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Guys, the Honda SVC have been saying there's no stock for the front number plate holder/bracket and that they've ordered for it since close to 2 months. But I don't think I'll be able get one anytime soon from them. I was fined for defective no. plate here in Bangalore as I currently have a sticker (cops here are being strict on that).

Do guys know any place in Bangalore where we can get it or from an online marketplace?

Read the reviews and decided to go for Shell Advance Ultra 550025035 10W-40 API SM Fully Synthetic Motorbike Engine Oil (1 L) from Amazon.
Can someone please confirm this is the one being used in your CBR's ?

Spare parts shortage is common for CBR now.
In mumbai we have 5-6 SVCs, even though I had difficulty in finding number plate holding bracket and accelerator cables recently. Every SVC i enquired, gave me simple answer tht 'we have ordered it and will be available by next week'
And i dont believe in their next week wala promises.

Guys. Please don't just depend on SVC for the spare parts. Kindly look for Genuine Honda Spare Parts stores. They usually have items in stock.

Thats not the case in Bangalore afaik. Tansi Honda, Whitefield stocks all the parts (yes you read that right, every single part, needed or unneeded) 99% of the times. People come from far like Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala etc to service from here as there is a renowned mech also available at this ASC. You also get peace of mind
For my front number plate holder, I did not even call them as I was sure they will have it. I have 4-5 ASC on my way towards this showroom, but as I know that would just be a waste of time, I headed straight here, fitted the same and went back happily. Costed me ₹133+ little more for nuts and bolts. Bangalore police is on a hunt for stickered number plate.

Yeah I would have to print this and hand it to mechanics who would service my bike.

I wish we could take Honda to court over this.

                                Sorry for the off topic...

I am in search for pre owned cbr...

I met with a bike today and following are my doubts... Please clarify pals...

                                1. More noise from exhaust, they said their mechanic fixed some tappet in engine head for performance increase.. I don't know whether it is true or not...😀

                                2. Please let me know how to check the fuel pump i.e., FI unit is worked good or some problem....

                                3. Front disc plate was used more often... Is the disc plate readily available in ASC CHENNAI....

                                4. front fork oil seal should be replaced ASAP...is there any problem with availability....

And how much I have to pay for shim issues or tappet noise rectification process...

                                Thanks
