Also one of my relative is coming from Japan next week so any advise what accessory etc i should get from there?

You could ask him to get whatever you want from this page.

Also, you can ask him to get helmets, riding gear etc from there.
Shop which I know is called nankai-buhin

You have a lot of accessories available on yahoo/rakuten also.
Maybe you can check them out online and ask your relative to get it for you..

I must warn you that it is a little more expensive in Japan when compared to other countries..

Which place is he coming from?

    @aargee Congratulations!!

I'd strongly agree to it; even after 10K Kms, I think my tires will last for another 10K easily. Its the hard compound. If HMSI had given soft compound people here would crib saying, its only 6K & my tires are worn out & worship HMSI in all possible abuses in all possible languages!!! Heck, I could turn more confidently with my Rx!!!

You need to learn how to sit on C250R & ride; I do agree that it pains after sometime, but, your sitting posture has to keep changing often; talk or PM Trustvishwas ji, he'll help you with the posture.

I did ride from Mumbai to Chennai & that was y'day but I didn't visit any ASC nor none of them knew it; not even my friend's at Mumbai knew it; lost about an hour & half & still took about 17:45 hours to reach.

But none the less it's a great feeling to have ridden so much in so less time!

I too have completed 4200k in 35days. It includes my solo from Coimbatore to Berhampur n back via Bangalore and Pondicherry. It was great.

Thanks Sudeep; I hope so!!! Must be someone else who's clocked 10K faster than I did, but certainly not in 90 days I suppose. It just happened to me.

                • So I tried running the bike till it was empty. Well I almost got there! Filled in 12.77 litres of petrol in the bike. Clearly the mileage was lower as I only rode in the city and that too in heavy traffic for 4 days straight!.
So total kms done were 328.2 kms and assuming 12.77 kms were used, mileage was only 25kmpl! BAH!

                    • ^^^ That was very low; in city I get 30 Kmpl & only when I ride in the range of 115+ I get 25-27 Kmpl & not to mention the sudden acceleration. I once did 120 Kmph but very gradually & needless to say I got 29.xx. The key to low FE is sudden acceleration. But remember, if the fuel pump is not immersed fully within the fuel, then, there's a probability of burning the wallet.

                        • ^^^ Its a single cylinder & there's everything that you mentioned; but for a single cylinder engine, they're little less. A minor vibes can be felt over the footpeg for now & there seems to be some issue with chain getting loosened sooner, not sure if its the shoddy job at Udaipur which damaged the swing arm. Let me complete a service & post a report here.

                          Thanks @JD666

Even my milage is gonna drop this time, 100% citi riding and mostly during peak hours in Bangalore, only 1 bar remains and I 'll be filling fuel tonight, will know the figures then.

**NOTE: Am filling before the indicator starts blinking because price of Petrol is going up by Rs.3 starting Mid night tonight. So People, fill up one last time before price rise***

I agree. But it wasn't sudden acceleration but rather driving real slow and breaking frequently. In the last 4 days I touched 80 only once, which was today and have simply not had road to drive beyond 50.

Going on a trip this weekend. Hopefully will get better mileage this time.

City riding is gonna be affordable on this bike even though it is a far better vehicle! Damn the petrol price hike!
