But in that case, I would also suggest you DUKE. Not sure why you don't like it. Only thing I don't like in DUKE is its exhaust note.
Regarding its Pillion seat. Its much better than R15, but not as good as that of CBR250R. A person with decent weight can easily sit as pillion on Duke. but if you are talking about ladies/gents with weight more than 80 (elders at home), then even CBR250R would not satisfy you. But if its about your friends, they wouldn't hate being pillion on Duke. So in terms of Pillion seat, I would put it in this order -- CBR250R > Duke > R15
Allow me to compare P200NS, CBR250R, CBR150R and Duke (going through the above posts, I think you are confused about these. Adding Duke additionally though.) in terms of your requirements:
[ PS: The below points are only as per my perception and are not meant to hurt anyone's feelings
]Stylish/looks:
Now imagine you parking your bike among your friends, what would be their possible expression after seeing your new bike:
P200NS -- Look the new version of pulsar. Its good.
CBR150R -- 150 CC CBR. But not as stylish as R15.

Duke -- Wow Duke. it looks like FZ :P
CBR250R -- Wow.. Its Huge. OOOOO thats 250CC CBR.
Most of my friends (who have not seen better bikes than say R15/HH Karizma) has same expression "Its really a Big Bike". "Is It a Super Bike??"
Now among the above four bikes, I would rate like this:
CBR250R > Duke > CBR150R > P200NS
So In terms of Style Component, CBR250R has no comparison.
Reliable:
Well if you talk about Reliability, remember its HONDA. I don't need to say anything more.

(CBR150R, CBR250R) > Duke > P200NS
Mileage:
Now if mileage is really a very important factor for you, I would suggest you not to go for CBR250R. As practically almost never you would get mileage more than 35. Unless you ride continuously for 400 kms at speed 80kmph. :P
P200NS > CBR150R > Duke > CBR250R
Maintenance: (like @theironhorse99 mentioned, its also important)
I don't know about other bikes regarding maintenance, So would only say about CBR250R.
Its not too expensive (comparing to 250CC segment), but more expensive than the other three. Although I am not sure regarding Maintaining Duke.
But if you are earning 30k+ and your average expenses are not more than 20k, then I think you won't a problem maintaining CBR250R. Otherwise, DO NOT opt for CBR250R. As a NOT maintained bike will in turn cost you much more every time and it will become more of a headache than fun.
So allow me to put it this way. If you own a CBR250R, you will surely stand out from others (not including other 250cc and above 250cc bikes :P). But at a marginal expense.
