My Black Beauty is finally home
.
The bike is still in TC number. I should receive the number within 1-2 days max as per the guy who delivered the bike to me. Post which I will receive all the relevant documents. As of now, I have the First-Aid Kit, tool kit and the keys.
I was called to Thane RTO for the vehicle passing...(long story)...The bike not at all clean at this stage as the vehicle was directly brought from the warehouse. (ODO reading: 14 kms before I rode it home)
The showrooms sales guy told me once when I come to receive the documents, he will clean up and polish the bike and give it to me. The pics are not great because I suck at photography and my mobile camera is one of the best in the world (pun intended)
As of now, there is only 1 ltr of petrol in it and maybe less. Should I fill up more and if yes how much is the minimum required because I don't intend to ride much till I get the papers (just gonna show off to friends :P). I need to know how much petrol should be there in the tank even when the bike is idle?

Treat the bike with full tank man. fill it up fill it up!
Keep Calm and Kaam se Kaam
To all those how-to-run-in-the-bike-oh-it's-so-confusing. Here's an advice.
Read and follow the OWNER's Manual. Keep it simple.. Old School technique will do more good than harm your bike

Dude we got the same color!Originally posted by Shubham@bikez View PostWhat an eventful day it was. Me and my bro reached Bangalore Wheels at sharp 9 but well he had only one piece left( invincible black color) and that too with broken fairing and they were like take this bike sir…Later we will replace the broken part…. Well that was unacceptable … atleast to me…
and I declined his offer. I thought that I won’t be getting my baby R today…
. Then took out my phone and started calling all the Yamaha showrooms in bangalore…and finally after a series of calls ...got my baby R from perfect riders …
.and man I am so happy right now that I just cant express it… thanks to all of you guys for sharing your experience on this forum… It helped me a lot in deciding what to take….
