I have also booked a 200. Can you share a pic of a 2015 model? Or an image of the plastic protector on the front forks? Thanks

Here is a link.. though it is a 390, the same external changes have been done to the 200 also.. grips, indicators, front fork plastic protector (the ones at the rear monoshock were implemented in Sept'14, so look for the grips and front fork to identify the 2015 model)

Had a terrible experience with the Michelin 110/70 Front tire on my D200 which had MRF 110/70 as stock.

Turns out that even if the size is same for both the tires, the construction is totally different which provides in handling characteristic worlds apart. The Michelin is more like an Omega shaped whereas the MRF is more of a square-ish shape.

When I put on the Michelin, the bike wouldn't stay stable in a straight line at all and even in a small turn, it would feel almost like falling over. I couldn't even ride the bike for more than 50Kmph. Got it replaced with the MRF stock tire and the difference was huge. All the confidence was back and so was the stability.

That's surprising... because i am using the same tyre front & back for nearly 10k kms...
Have not faced any such issues... to be frank i feel much much more confident with these tyres on any type of service...

I think there is a problem with the tyre you purchased or might be a problem with the cone-set of your bike...

p.s : First time seeing a negative review about the Michelin PSR...

No there is no issue with the coneset.

Even I never heard any bad reviews about the Michelin PSR, that's why opted for them. Have the PSR 140/70 at the rear, no issues at all, but the front was total crap..or at least I hope that particular tire was. The SVC mech said the Michelin PSR front tire takes some time to get used to due to the construction. Many D200 owners had reported the same issue, but I couldn't wait that long.

Can someone please help me out on how to upload pics on this thread. I login xbhp mostly through my laptop so a guide on how to upload pics through PC/LAPTOP would be really helpful

The PSR will feel very weird & heavy in the beginning...
it will take time to settle in... give it some kms... it'll show the results i guess...[emoji4]

My Duke 200 arrived at the dealership yesterday. Its a 2015 model and has all the features as shown in the link. The rear damper and front forks seem to be well protected. I will see how well they protect the damper and the front fork once my bike is on the road. The radiator fan is completely enclosed in a plastic shroud. Im not aware how it looks in previous versions of the 200. The bike will go to the RTO for passing on March 10th. And then the long 2 weeks wait for the registration number, as per the dealer. I wonder if that is actually how long it takes for the RTO to issue the number after tax payment and passing? Cannot wait!!

I know prices will vary from city to city, but this will give us an idea as to what we can opt for in future.
What did you do between 98-2003? Why no motorcycle during that period?
