Re: KTM 200 Duke
The 2015 model comes with the radiator fan fitted with a cover of some sorts which helps in deflecting the hot air from the fan away from the rider's thighs. I don't think you need to change the radiator for that, the new fan should be a direct fit.Originally posted by MauricioMarz View PostAnd what's the difference?? Can I only change the fan and not the radiator ??
Thanks
BTW, which country are you from??

Re: KTM 200 Duke
In India, the Duke's from around September 2014 started coming in with this radiator shroud. I purchased my D200 in early October and it has this shroud over the fan.Originally posted by MauricioMarz View PostAnd what's the difference?? Can I only change the fan and not the radiator ??
This directs more amount of hot air downwards (reducing the amount of hot air that earlier used to hit the thighs).. and trust me it works!
From what I have enquired at the service center, this can be fitted on to the older models as well. Kindly check with your local dealer to obtain the part and fix it.. no need to change the radiator.
here is the link to the picture i posted http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...ml#post1101113
I think the radiator design (or is it just the cap, am not sure!) was chaged in 2013 itself.. earlier models had a radiator with a plastic cap which was bigger but looked similar to the coolant cap.. the later models came with a metal radiator cap that looks similar to the ones used on cars.Last edited by s1d; 02-11-2015, 03:57 PM.

Re: KTM 200 Duke
i think only the shroud needs to be installed cause i think the fans are same.
you will be good to go once you get the shroud.

Re: KTM 200 Duke
Guys my duke fell down and i ended up with bent front brake lever ? i was sad at first but then i thought what if this is a good chance to try the aftermarket levers , they look awesome. earlier s1d mentioned about lever on ebay . and they look cool and everything but should i try it ? i dont know anything about adjustable levers and have no idea about their advantages and disadvantages, so i have three options in mind.
1) grab ktm levers from svc
2) try aftermarket adjustable or non adjustable levers
3)straighten this bent lever with a blow torch and use these since i have no idea what the svc would charge me for levers.?
