Now my bike is feeling ok on straights but i am not getting any confidence while taking turns and hadling is wierd.
Please help me guys is this a coneset issue. If it is can it be repaired or do i need to get it changed.

Yeah, loosen the coneset a bit. I had a similar issue long-ago in 2013.

Phew! My bike was problem-free all this while untill few days ago where my fuel gauge got damaged, got it fixed this morning and immediately after leaving the SVC the bike conked off and I walked with the bike back to the showroom, to discover that my injectors might need cleaning or replacement :/. what a day!

Even I'm facing issues with my injectors(I guess), because when I'm revving hard in 3rd or 4th gear, the bike sort of takes a pause and then accelerates. Could it be the spark plug?
Fuel shouldn't be any issues because I've been filling from one of the same fuel bunk since the last year and half(Except during highway rides)..

Get your throttle body checked and cleaned. Culprit could be bad fuel.

Got my bike after a few hours. It fires back to life fine, it just went off once or twice after a short ride, maybe its the old fuel that needs to burn. Anyways i've changed to another petrol station which is reliable. Damn, we really do get pathetic fuel in India. My old fuel filter gave me shocking results. Sorry I didnt click pictures because my Moto E has horrible image quality.

First clear that 'service not reset' warning. and then let us know if there is any other warning displayed on the console.
First suspect would be the battery. Try using a battery from another duke or simply get the battery checked at a local battery shop.
Or it could be a bad spark plug.

i'd advice you to try out the system g additive once in every two tank full's helps keeping the injector perform better for longer periods.

Well the problem seems to have gone away by itself. Haven't heard the weird noise when starting the bike, which came only once till now. I'm gonna visit the SVC today for replacing the rear tyre, will get the throttle body checked anyway.
Finally getting the Michelin PSR shoes for the bike!!!! Although only the rear one..

That thread doesn't look like it came from anywhere around the wheel or axle, rather it must have been a result of some off-roading, which I guess you did by the look of your wheel and the swingarm. Nothing big to worry about I guess, take it to a local mech and you can get it removed.

Just an update on some spares prices:
ECU for the d200 costs around Rs.6000 (and for d390 its around 7500) --somebody was waiting to have theirs replaced on a 390, so i just enquired the prices.
Front Disc rotor ~Rs.1433 (had mine replaced today under warranty)
Clutch cable ~Rs180 (got a spare one)
                        Intake & exhaust valve (140+260) = Rs.400 ! honda activas\' cost a bit more i think.
Front forks around 21k from what i heard from a guy who met with an accident (he spent 600rs and had the forks repaired locally)

There was a squealing sound from the past one month whenever the brake components (pads, disc) got heated up after using for say like 10 mins in traffic.. and that squealing was only there during slowing down at speeds of around 10-20kmph (at higher speeds when the brakes were applied there was no noise)
So they first replaced the pads 2 weeks ago, but the sound came back in 4 days.. then they decided to replace the rotor. I suspected glazed rotors/pads.. so lets wait and watch if replacing the rotor fixes it.
btw today i ordered brake cleaner spray (brand: STP) from snapdeal.. 2 bottles for 550, good deal i guess.

Last week, i found smoke coming from the front side when i started the bike.I ignored it thinking it must be due to water droplets, as it was raining that time.
Yesterday bike was dry and i started it,again smoke was coming,That is where i started panicking and took it to the service center.
They said its a petrol leak and Fuel tank has to be changed along with fuel pump also.
                              Fuel pump -4k
                              Fuel tank change

In addition to it,I have changed chain sprocket, cone set and oil change. Estimated bill is around 12.5k. Will be getting the bike tomorrow.
I thought maintaining my 13yr old palio 1.6 was expensive....

Since its an used one (2012 model and has run only 12000kms),There is no warranty.
Changed the ignition coil last month and i have driven the bike only for 1000kms.
USP of this bike was the BMC filter and the 46\" rear sprocket. Now the sprocket is gone..Only BMC filter is the saving grace.

Bhai, this might be one issue which we share. They washed my front disc rotor and pads which temporarily solved the issue. Now its an ever loud metal screeching noise from both the front and rear discs. I have to ask them to dismantle the brake setup and refit everything.
                                Regards,
