If yes,is it worth the effort and also does the clutch set up need a to be tweaked for performance as i have heard that the clutch becomes sloppy after installing them.
    Kindly help!!!!

See prasanth's reply above. It seems that he is comfortable with the trick levers, I reverted back to stock as it did not work well with me..

Guys, has anyone changed rear view mirrors? I find the stock rear view mirrors useless once we cross 80kmph or so. Looking for a good replacement mirror set. Please suggest me if I can fit Duke/Apache rear view mirrors on 200NS.

Two things I would like to share.
Two common problems which the NS has is,

        1) rpm needle vibrating.
        2) lot of noise/vibration from the front end.

So for the needle, I took out the console, and plucked out the needle. Put a small amount of feviquick on the back of the needle. Let it dry. Stick the needle back into the console and voila, it's done. Put the console back on, and it works fine. You can get this done from the svc if you're worried about wrecking your console. I would admit, at times, I got shit scared as well.

Now, about the noise. Where the speedometer touches the visor, just put a small rubber tube there, and the vibes are gone. I'll post a pic later on for understanding.

And I've changed my light to Philips Extreme vision. Shits bright as sun. Love it. Specially when I'm using the high beam to blind the dumb people who ride/drive with the high beam on.

Maybe you should try get the handlebars tightened to reduce handlebar vibrations, because it's pretty decent at those speeds for me.
The only problem I face is that visibility is less

Another factor to note is the gearing, anyways to bring you peace of mind I would suggest you ride another NS which was manufactured(Heard that the NS's have different jetting with respect to the initial batches) around the time yours was.
You sure there were different jets?

I dont own a NS, but Hari Rajan had confirmed it when I mentioned that the new batch finds it hard to pull my weight.

That said ,I find newer batches a little bit refined (mine is kickassy maintained) but it feels like they've lost the grunt

Mine feels like a mustang and newer ones feels like a Gtr.

I don't think that they have changed the jets, the jets are same as Pulsar 135LS, just with bigger carbs. (BS26 of 135LS vs. BS33 of P200NS). I'd like to see Rajan take out his jets and compare it to newer (dual tone) ones.

I too have the vibrating needle problem.. Will try your DIY at home in the next couple of weeks... what do you mean by pluck out the needle? Do I need to pull it out by force?

Also in about the Philips Extreme vision.. is the light white or yellowish (like stock)?

                        Guys,
I cleaned my carb float couple of days back. It's was unbelievablely smooth and stressfree for 100-150kms. But now, the bikes going back to its old state again. Its getting vibey and feels stressed at high RPM's. What might be reason? Please help me out.

                        P.s- I'm running on motul 7100.

It's like pulling it out from its slot. It won't break. Don't worry. Or better still, ask some guy with an idea about consoles so that you don't destroy it. When the needle is out, apply the glue, let it dry, clean the console and set everything back together.

And Philips extreme vision is yellow but it makes the road visible for a long way and makes high beamers change direction.

Guys, I need to change my tyres asap. The euro slips are almost at the end of their tread life.

I was thinking about Michelin Pilot Street, but it's not in stock in my area atm. They say it'll be at least a month more. So I need an alternate.

If euroslips are a 0 and a pilot Streets are 100, how much would the pilot sporty score? How's the tread wear and grip? Can you lean farther than the euroslips and does it inspire confidence?

And how is the Ceat Zoom Xl?
