Well, regarding the solution. What does it does exactly?

The dealer wanted to push me for 2 bottles saying that for 1-2 years no punctures would affect my tyre..!!! Pull out the nail or whatever and the solution would seal the gap itself!!! Is that true!!!

Solution will seal the gap. That is true. But also depends on how fat the nail is

Im pretty happy with my black pearl. I love the grunt it produces the most, unlike other bikes.

Im in run-in period... reached 720kms. Finished my 1st servicing. Its irritating actually to goof around with this powerful machine in hand restricting it to <48kmph.

I changed my stock tyres to Michelin Pilot Street Radials......

Do we really have to hold on <50kmph till 1000kms & <60kmph till 2000kms ???
Keep your cruising speeds as they say. Revving upto 6000rpm once in a while, like overtaking, is not an issue. What they mean is, don't keep the engine rpm high continuously.

I used to get from 43 to 47 kmpl during the run in period, mostly I was in highways during that period.
Went for 1st servicing in the 9th day with 670km in the odo.

I used to get 44-47kmpl when doing run-in and speed under 50kmph in 6 gear on the highway.

has any one tried 15w40 or 20w40 or any 40 grade oil in the NS?
if so, did it make a difference?
did it become more rev friendly and did vibrations increase?
which felt better 40 or 50?

Firstly engine on ns makes alot of heat and hence W50 is recommended!

W40 oil will only increase wear and tear of engine..
You can try to Use mineral oil for more rev happy engine..

And someone in this thread someone tried w40 oil
                  Try to search this thread..

I used Castrol GTX 20W50 in my P150. Engine was butter smooth. Will switch to W50 in the 200NS after initial 2000kms

Changed oil to Castrol Activ 20w50. I can say that its good for city riding but not for highway rides. It limits the engine from revving up!
Anyways, there's a noise coming from the front part of handle bar, like Krrrrrrr... constantly while riding...(as if something is vibrating)
I just tried to rectify from where it's coming, by bringing my ear close to the handle bar, then it was quite louder. I cannot rectify from where it's coming. It's very irritating.
Anyone has any idea where this "Krrrr.." noise is coming from??

And the factory stock oil is W50 for ns..

I got around 42kmpl only.. just wondering if it is normal... How to calculate mileage ?? Now I'm filling my tank full & set trip 2 to Zero. And watch when it comes in to reserve mode... Any other better ways to monitor mileage ??[emoji16] [emoji16]

Well I don't do tank fulls, I just set my trip 2 to zero when I hit reserve, and then fill up with 500 rs that gives me 7.5 lits approx then I will note the next time reserve.
Previously I used to top up with 210 and 420 rs that gave 3 and 6 lits respectively.

Then I would take avrg of 3 to 4 readings for long term mileage

Well this is what I do, any other suggestions?

This is a single cylinder car engine bro

Anyway, good upto medium revs only. Not for 10K rpm blasts :P

Everything was fine with P150... Have not tested yet on NS

seems like lickage in mono shock absorber and need to replace as service center guys saying though bike is under warranty it should be free relacement but one doubt last two free service had done earlier as per given time or km driven. But in warranty guidelines has written ""availing of 3 free services without lapse"" should avail the warranty benefit..... would i claim warranty??...
