@ALL - Today I met my darling while I went to make my full payment..
She looked awesome, while standing with a sexy tilted pose along with her siblings. I wished I had dressed little more smartly to make a good 1st impression.(was unaware that I will be meeting her today). Anyways, checked her out from all sides with a gentle touch of my finger at the right places. She was too shy to talk (wasn't fired up), but I'm sure our tuning matched.
I promised her to meet for a 2nd date on Wed(the delivery date).

Giving u all a small trailer... "Guess the colour" is still ON!!
      Pic-a) Vehicle No.
      Pic-b) Engine No

PS - anyone going to the showroom(OSL Thakurpukur), Please check if this particular vehicle is offered as Test Ride..
That is some nice first date. Pehli nazar ka pehla pyar (first love at first sight!! Ok, I am crappy with Hindi to English literal translation).
My 2 cents on Red. I feel that somehow you went GA-GA over Yellow, but then came back to Red as it seemed less flashy and decent. So Wednesday is the day. Congos and All the Best for the first night/day.

Thanks buddy..The score goes 4:3 for Yellow vs Red.
And nice explanation of the colour logic.
Lets see if it holds true!!

They can't ignore ur issues without actually checking. You can threaten them by saying that u gonna post a mail to Bjaja.
If they still doesn't listen, then actually shoot a mail to Bajaj

          • Hi, this is my first post on XBHP.I have got my bumble bee on 27th July, the first ones at Chennai, from KLN Anna nagar, since then I was just happy reading the comments and updates from all the owners and to be's and never posted on this thread.
When I got my bike the ODO read 22kms and the dealer said it was tested by engineers and went for registration and hence the reading. I checked it thoroughly before taking the delivery and I had no complaints when I took it. I left my bike for service at 640 kms. I had no particular complaints when I left my bike for service and felt that the top ups would do and left my bike for service on 14th Aug.
Since then I have had some very bad experiences that made me feel like I have made a wrong decision buying this bike.
August 16th morning, left my home to office and on the way(near porur junction) bike came to a halt more than three times when I decelerated and then It refused to start. The console did not light up. I was not able to start my bike and had to push through the bike in heavy traffic at 9:00 am heat in Chennai to a safe distance where I can investigate what would have happened. I checked the wiring , it was all fine and I had no clue. I called up my dealer and that BA***** told me will call me back in ten mins and he never did. then I called up Anna nagar service center and they told me that they will send people immediately. Immediately for them, but for me I had to call in sick to my office because They turned up from Vishaka Bajaj from Poonamalle at 11:30 am. The service guy made a loop in the fuse and started my bike so that we could reach Vishaka bajaj service centre at Saigramamam.
The service manager immediately apologised for what happed with my bike and told me that they will investigate and let me know. Apparently , the soldering on the back side of the ignition had come out. I was shocked!!! Please see the pics 1 and 2(and please don't mid my 2MP phone camera).

Then the service guy took his own sweet time to replace the damaged part, i.e the lock set and then my bike came to life. I went inside the service area and saw that they were checking the front brakes. The svc guy told me that there was some problem with my front disk and they will service that for me and he asked me to come back in the evening. when I came back I notices that the brake did not work for which he told me that they drained the brake oil and it spilled on the disc and it will be fine in a couple of days. I did not protest much h and i took my bike back . They gave me a receipt for RS.0.00 which had a description of "Quick repair service". I protested for a proper bill but they said it's against their rules. They were bull sh**ing of course.

now it has been one week since that incident and my brakes are still not fine. i was working over the weekend and had no time to attend my bike. Yesterday the showroom guy called me for a casual feedback and I took the opportunity to thrash him(with words). He has requested me to drop by today and has promised me that appropriate action will be taken. will keep you guys updated.

Meanwhile the problem posted by "Shylesh" , I feel is the same as mine. My friend, please check with the service guy if it was the problem as mine and as if they had replaced any part. For my bike they have replaced the lock set(ignition, petrol tank, seat opener).

My 200 NS crossed 180 Kms today. Mine is also sounding a bit harsher after a splash in the rain followed by the rear disk's squeaking sound. Also the exhaust note sounds a little different than before.Maybe that's because of the dirt stuck in the chain assembly or something.
                      Hey,
Even I noticed that my bike making more noise after 150km or so. The engine feels harsh. I didnt pay much attention though I am worried about it. Can any of the senior guys tell us whether this is abnormal or not?
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference...

I guess, I've a some difference. My console did lit up, and starter worked but in 2 seconds after starting the bike, it turned off as if there was no hint of petrol in it.

And I serviced a bike in a center which is gotta be closed soon and so they have no parts to replace as of NS.

Anyway, I'll make a check with them again.

Thanks for the note Keep us updated on it

Mate, the color choice is a personal thing. Some like the flaunting and flashing Yellow, some like the Blue and Red which are mild colors and there are certain breed of riders(like me) who prefer the stealth and dark attitude and hence Black. Choose the category yourself and find the color that suits your attitude and style. Per your preference, Blue and Red both are good.

There is no difference in quality and cost. What differentiates is the appeal of the color.

and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
