Also, Service center guys who work on bikes that need repairs & parts changing returned bike after alloys replacement... all of my "useat" vibrations were gone.. absolutely no vibs under seat. But the rear disc caliper was making noise.. so I took my bike to SVC next day again, but all these bike issues like Disc caliper noise etc are done by different technicians (where bike servicing is done). Then in the evening they returned my bike but the seat vibrations were back again & all over through the pillion seat... to the level that it makes my butt numb. Tank vibs are minimal though. Something is just wrong under the tail section.. what to do about all this / btw that 3-5k rpm empty feeling AFR tuning se hai kya ?

Guys since my bike got repaired at SVC after it's alloy wheels were replaced... I'm having one minor problem... 3k-5.5k rpm feels kind of empty & very very less pull there. It's like bike just not wanting to move unless I twist the throttle more. This may be normal.. but this isn't how my bike behaved before. Previously 3-6k was a comfortable torque filled ride, now it's like lazy & almost no pull in 3-4k rpm.

I am sure that they have done something with the tuining, and that's the reason behind this behaviour. It's called "Flat Spot", wherin one feels that bike has run out of fuel, and the bike isn't reacting to throttle response!!Originally posted by broken87 View PostGuys since my bike got repaired at SVC after it's alloy wheels were replaced... 1st service
755KMS on the ODO. woke up after 4 hours of sleep rode to Auto Service Bangalore( i heard these guys were good at servicing). I was the 2 or 3rd person to arrive for service. Saw my bike number was listed for service. told the chap to put DTSI oil itself for now( they did not have Motul 3100, so figured i will save some cash). Also informed him i will hang around to see the service being done. The Service chap was cool about it. When compared to Khivraj Indiranagar the place seemed less crowded( today being a thursday i am not sure). More room for the bikes to be moved about. the Bike was probably put for wash around 9.15am-9.30. In my 14 years of riding i never ever bothered to see what is being done during service, so it was an interesting couple of hours. i was out by 11am. Usually i used to leave my bike at the center for the whole day. They changed the Oil Filter, Oil. Lubed the chain and oiled up the places like foot pegs, brakes, cleaned the spark plugs, fixed the chain slack( although i didn't see any slack).
They straighten the RVMs and tighten the back tyre hugger.
I didn't find much diff in the bike behavior after service. Asked about the RUbber Grommets( he did not seem to understand, my kannada is quite poor).
I have been checking the bike Mileage using the reserve method. i am getting around 50 km/l... i will now check with the tank full method and figure out if my mileage is indeed as high as it seems.

yes exactly like that! .. & it's not fun. No, nothing on the handle bars or footpegs. even the tank vibs are minimal as I stated above. only the tail section is giving trouble, the portion highlighted in the pic below goes insane.Originally posted by Shibadip View PostMe too facing under seat vibes. What kind of modification you are talking about?
A free modification. Some new screws around tank for reducing vibrations in tank. In my locality all NS have been called for that.
Nice pics mate..!! It must be a hell lot of enjoyment.
Yup..!! Enjoyed very much....
I can see the pics. there is some problem in your browser i think.
You are welcome broOriginally posted by somen1984 View Postkool Thanks mates!!

same problem exists in mine too... no vibrations on the handle bar or footpegs, literally none... little vibrations once in a while on the tank area... but the tail portion where you have pointed out vibrates quite insanely... checked with SVC, they couldnt do anything about it... it vibrates quite heavily sometimes that a guy cannot sit as a pavilionOriginally posted by broken87 View PostNo, nothing on the handle bars or footpegs. even the tank vibs are minimal as I stated above.

Yes if i get it rectified I will ask what was wrong with it etc
... i tried once wit my friend riding... i couldnt sit for more than 2 mins and had to move back a lil to the end of the seat ...

#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

Upgrades to be launched around the corner for our NS.
Custom Brake & Clutch Levers (3.5k ~ 5k estimated)
Cam shafts (price not yet disclosed)
Custom Sprocket and Chain (price not yet disclosed/no data available)
Free Flow Exhaust (There are 2 designs. Sound of the straight one is better than the curved one. Over all quality of the exhaust is good. It gets real bassy and punchy over 4k RPM. Design of one exhaust resembles Race Fit exhaust for CBR1000RR 2010-11. Both of them are NOT underbelly exhaust and would be giving the much required Ground Clearance. 6.8k~9k estimated)
Customized Petal disk brakes (No data available. 10k ~ 12k estimated)
The below upgrades were only seen under testing phase hence can not comment
Custom Headlamp with a really huge projector.....Riding the Indian Monster : 200NS....

Zapper Q that comes with CBR150R themselves are not the grippiest.. I would suggest the MRF Radial - the one that comes with the R15 - 130/70...Originally posted by jenimu_kanna007 View Postneed help regarding tyre for pulsar 200ns continental 140/70 or dunlop tuf grip 140/70 or
