      dunno .. my factory setting had been fiddled with long time back anyway. Previous setting seemed like 2.5 to 3 turns. Current is 3.5.. I'll probably screw around with it more to get the best out of it.

        Can any one post the picture of carb screw..i want to tune my bike..and please tell me how to tune..my bike pickup is not good..if any one could post video it could be very helpful..

              factory setting on my bike was 4 turns, on saturday i changed it to 5, thats is rich mixture. instantly the bikes sound changed to a much smoother one. still to test it completely.

                Lean- mileage, less power while accelerating, more engine heat, cold start problem in mornings
                RICH- increased power, less engine heat LOW MILEAGE, less cold start problems

                            wowow, im such a lazy person seriously. all this winter i was having sort of cold start issues and mostly relying on 20 second choke use. I knew I needed to tune the carb but never made time for it. As I mentioned that I had done some tuning yesterday, cold start issues have totally vanished. Bike simply idles on it's own.. almost. Oh lord what I'd do for a hassle free FI system in 200NS!
