4 things and you make sure you do it in front of you and if they say no ask for a job sheet saying bike has no issues!then the do it.
1)Check tappet settings
20Check Diapharm
3)open carb and clean thoroghly.I mean deassemble
4)Clean Air filter
5)Ask him to tune carb to stock settigns.
IT should get fixed

Back to Bajaj Oil
I don't understand, but she only likes her parents products
(Bajaj oil). Now the bike engine feels as refined as CBR250
, well maybe not equal but
... who cares
Is it my bike or just me, giving the feel Bajaj crap oil performs excellent, ultra smooth at 50/60/85/95kph resp. Didn't drive beyond that. Plus fan never kicked till now. I also believe that the grade 15W50 could be the problem for loosing refinement and mediocre NVH. Motul 7100 could surprise me, but don't want to test now.
Anyway, that's enough and I believe Motul users might gonna blast over me
Teflon coating, they charged me 120/- for that, water wash is not included. But the end result was so good, the bike looks brand new even after a week time, except for some scratches. Has anyone tried it manually yourself?.
Good you managed to get one. I tried few dealer, but just had to wait for months. Luckily xplod566 offered some help in getting it to my hand, but now I don't have time to make long trip for now plus the projector set replacement took huge toll and I couldn't come out of it...Originally posted by Mohankumar Bruiser View PostIt's Pulsar 200AS wind shield. Hello brother.Hope you are doing well
I always liked bajaj engine oil.Its cheap and does what it is intended to.But it looses its viscocity at around 1500Kms,but then again i always support it and felt its a brilliant oil.I used it for 25000 odd Kms on my old P180 and never felt the need to change to Motul.Once i did change to 5100 and thats when i relasied Dtsi and 5100 doesnt offer any difference for the amount
Regardsing Motul ,5100 doesnt make a host of difference. Its almost like Dtsi oil ,But i have put 7100 and man.....Itys crazy good.Engine is extremly relaxed at even 8000RPMs.Also the engine is always happy to be revved. The low end seems to be equally good.
If you can then please try 7100 once. Its that good!I sometimes forget i am in 6000-7000 RPM range until i see Console.
If you wnat to know more let me know.I cna give you a detailed info about it.
Also when compared to Dtsi there is a huge huge difference. But i think it shouldnt be compared as Dtsi is SS and 7100 is FS as the price is also high.
Regarding Teflon i have tried twice on my old bike. Its actually never a proper teflon and just a gel hich give sshine until the next wash.doesnt halp much!Last edited by xplod566; 12-20-2015, 09:04 PM.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Thanks for the tip, but they charged me "Teflon" in the bill. But shine lasts a week it seems, riding on dusty roads make it go dull. I'm least bothered anyway. Regarding the oil, since most of the NS owners suggested 5100 for smoothness over 7100 and by that I too followed the same way. Unfortunately it turned to be of no use, being even bad than Bajaj oil (In my experience). At first few 100 kms, I consoled myself that it'll be alright in next few KMS, but nothing happened till 2500 kms.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostHello brother.Hope you are doing well

At about 2200 Kms post running on Motul 5100, I started to feel the engine even harsh and I changed it finally on my 3rd service about ~2500 kms drain interval. But only positive point that I can add here is, very very less false neutral, whereas with Bajaj oil, it hits a bit occasionally. Now I feel the engine refined well comparatively.
I will wait for some more time, say till 4th service. And for god's sake, Motul 7100 costs a lot, while I already have 1 full 900 ml of Motul 5100
, which the workshop guy refused to buy

Yes bro,I have them.Originally posted by Ankitsingh007 View PostHas anyone installed adjustable 3 way clutch and brake levers here?
Red/black costed 900+.
Love them as they are very comfortable and easy on hands.I ride daily 50+ km and the usual levers were a torture to my hand .
