    does any1 knows
    1) Is it easy to set it up ourselves if we have the right spanner?
    2) if I change it to softer side will it have any bad effects while riding at higer speeds(say 80-100)?
You can change the suspension settings at home without the need of any special tools. You need a hammer and a long screwdriver. It takes a bit of an effort to do it this way but its totaly possible. Its one man job and took me 20 minutes to bring suspension to softest setting. I did it yesterday as the nearest service center did not have the tools and I could not find any spanner/wrench online that would do the job. Highway riding will be lot more comfortable but your bike will not corner that very well but thats in extreme conditions. I am happy now with the suspension now. Will post a dyi if you need one.

Thanks Anubhav. It would be great if you could post a DYI .

Changing it won't affect anything for worse, on the contrary it is better. Stock setting was slightly stiff for me. I too got it adjusted to a softer setting. It's much better now.
        Thanks zequirkynetizen

Can you please post a pic of the softest setting?

I went to local mechanics for the same issue and they didnt do anything saying they dont have spanner. Then i went to svc and they did it with hammer and screwdriver like anubhav said above.

Stock setting was horribly stiff... I couldnt ride for long due to the stiff ride. After moving suspension to softest setting its better but still not very comfortable. Any idea on how to improve the comfort further?

Will post the DYI and the picture of my current setup today as soon as I reach home after office. I dont think it will get any better. Reducing the tyre pressure to 25/28(front/rear) psi may help a little. If possible try swapping the mono shock with a different one if it fits from different bikes but not sure about that, just a thought. You may need some minor modifications for that I guess.

Yeah, I've been reading a lot about this screwdriver + hammering way, but I'm a bit skeptical to touch her. But might want to give one try sometime. Plus many suggest that changing to softest didn't help.

I had a custom seat cover made with medium density foam. Marginal improvement in comfort, but the already tall seat (for me, at least) is now even taller

Today I rode a rs 200 it was actually kind a same as AS 200,but I was very impressed by exhaust note which is missing in our bike..
so I went to a shop (reddy auto parts) and found two exhausts which are quite famous

                  Leo Vince

                  akraprovic

my question is which of these is better and will they make any issues with the bike??

Just s small query.the handling on the RS is a tad better than AS right?and also unlike the AS is the RS also front heavy.
One more important question,The RS had less pickup then AS or almost the same?

I felt handling on rs is better than AS and it was smooth.. it might be heavy but you will not feel that.. when you are riding...
and on the pickup thing rs was doing 146 kmph and my AS was doing 153 kmph I was about 20 to 30 mtrs ahead of him... I will do a drag after my 2nd servicing..

153? Did you redline the engine? RS is fuel injected. How could the RS be slower than AS...thats weird.

Please do tell the prices as well and how many mods would it require for installation.

I did redlined it..on every gear moreover RS being FI it gives mileage of 34 to 35..
reguarding the exhaust they told me they will cut down silencer pipe from the small box which is under the oilfilter and from that place with another pipe the custom exhaust will be connected.. both of them price nearly 15k but on eBay its more expensive ...

sorry bro its very hard to tell which is fast.. but rs seems to have lill more powered at lower rpm and slower in higher.. rpm..
and you might know what AS does when you shift at higher rpm..
