From the original setting, rotating the screw clockwise makes the ratio leaner and rotating the screw anti clockwise makes the ratio richer.

Does any one know how to remove circled part and what tool is required for it? :what:

Most probably this is a rubber washer used to cover the allen bolt underneath. The NS also has two, one on either side of the tank. You can use a simple screw driver to pry out the washer.

You just need to push the inner circle just to a small extent with the Allen key provided in the tool kit.. And then pull it out.. While putting it back just do the opposite pull the center part out instead of pushing and then insert the same and push the center part in like the original.

Diy methods not sure buddy.. Better get it to the asc.. They would most likely say its common with all bikes.. But take it anyways and see what they have got to comment about this.. Good luck

I did ask da svc guy he says its a less than minor issue and i also did not press on as i did not think there was much error because dont want to get anything disassembled. My bike has done 2000 km and is rattle free and want to keep it that way. But if there was any error adjustment screw or something only then i would risk opening up the faring.

You just need to push that thing from the other side.

The thing inside the 'o' of the watermark, is what it looks from the other side.

There is no adjustment screw on the top. Since the meter is glued to the PCB I couldn't see the bottom of the meter. I also removed the sticker but there was no screw.

This the farthest that I can open. I could not open beyond this point without ripping the white silicon glue holding the meter and PCB together.

Did you open up the console to correct the tachometer ir something else? The error on my tacho is too little for me to give up faring fittings as it would definalty be noisy after fitting back everything. I dont think there is any harm is it?

Review after 20days from the date of purchase....
I had a huge crush for Pulsar 200ns but unfortunately pulsar halted it's production.... After a long waiting for p200ns at last I bot AS200...
                            ENGINE:-
This engine is a familiar engine with lots of positives and a little negatives... Compares to p200ns AS200 engine is refined a lot... The engine is smooth vibs are thr but not that much crazy... Vibs can be felt on the fairing and speedometer console... But the power of the engine will make u to forget the vibs.... It roars like a lions after 70kmph....
                            FUEL ECONOMY:-
My bike still in run-in... Was cruising at a speed a speed of 60-70kmph returned me a mileage of 42kmpl... Yeah that's a awesome... At first I changed the afr settings and it gave me a mileage of 20kmpl later today I made a 1.5 anticlockwise turn and gave me 42kmpl.... So never play with ur afr screw....
                            BRAKES:-
The brakes are awesome... They match the performance of this bike.... My rear brake tends to heat up a lot... The pad contains some dust particles.... Love this brakes
                            TYRES:-
My AS200 came with eurogrip tyres trust me they are not that bad.... The grip is good in dry conditions.... Even in wet conditions they are average...
                            Final verdict:-
They are small niggles but they are negligible... They engine heats up soon but remember it's a 200cc chunks out nearly 25bhp and a highly compressed engine with the engine head consists of 3 spares and two intake and outlet values so it tends to heat soon.... But don't worry that is normal the coolant will takecare of that heat..... Lube the chain for a interval of 400km.... Always maintain a same brand petrol.... Use choke during cold mrng start... Don't rev during the mrng....
And really forgive me for my bad English and this is my first review... I will improve my English soon.... Have a nice day frnds

That's the least thing to worry about that. Avoid unnecessary opening or modifications which might bring in unwanted trouble.

How is the suspension of the bike, read a post where 2-3 guys sold their AS200 due to bad suspension.
