Chances are that yes it may be engaged. Your bike is new. Find some time and take it to SVC and get the throttle body cleaned as well.

What is throttle body?Is it the accelerator knob and the cable? Or somthing related to carb?
Taking out time to take the bike to svc is the easy part. Convincing the brain dead svc guys is really hard.

The actual scale starts from 1000rpm. The 0 is given there just at the end of the needle play field. Now they cannot keep the needle at 1 when the engine is off as that will just look illogical. So the end point being before 1 and mentioning it as 0 just for the name sake [emoji28][emoji13]

How do I take care of my bike during monsoon season? How frequently should the bike chain should be cleaned during monsoon?

no extra care has to taken other than normal washing and cleaning.
About the chain cleaning, there is no fixed answer to that. Some say clean and lube at 500 kms some say do it 700-1000 kms. I just check the chain everytime I wash or clean the bike (usually Sundays), if the chain looks dirty, I clean it and lube it. Dosen't matter how many kms it has done. I would advice you the same, if it looks dirty or dry, clean and lube it.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Use C1 to clean and then drop it for water service...the water pressure will wash the C1 spray and make the chain super clean.

After drying spray the C2, just a few light sprays and you are set for awesomeness...

Bye Bye to chain sounds !!
I tried cleaning me chain today.. I used C1 and the chain cleaning brush.. It still doesn't look that clean... I was expecting it to look as good as new.. Was I expecting too much??

Use kerosene it will clean faster and better.

                        Kerosene works like magic
                        Better than anything else

Ignore if already posted, but one thing that I noticed was the earlier batches of AS200 has the rear tyre-hugger socket on the swing arm like the 200NS. The newer batches however, seem to be missing this. So some extra work if one wishes to swap the mudguard with the NS's tyre-hugger.

Low beam gone again (go Bajaj!!). I just hope it's because of a poor-quality bulb (stock P220 Geonix/Halonix) rather than faulty wiring or electrical fluctuation.

Bought a pair of Philips X-tremeVision H7 bulbs (stores don't sell single units, since they're meant for cars). But I couldn't source the 130%+ model, so I bought the 100%+ (all those are tall claims, anyway).

Will get them fitted later today and post initial impressions asap.

Do I need to open up the entire faring plus fuel tank to get to the high/low beam bulbs?
Do post the experience with new bulbs if possible with pics.

I have replaced LB bulb twice. But when they checked the voltage level, its comes maximum around 14.5V. I guess it may be because some fluctuation.
