    Afaik ns/as/rs doesn't have immobilizer
Hero xtreme is the only bike in 100~200cc segment with engine immobilizer

Right hand side, you have to look inside beyond the idling screw. Its the Bronze screw you see in there.

Hey guys...went for a five day trip to the holy city of Kashi. Distance between Renukoot and Kashi is around 160km. Roads are great and one can maintain speeds in triple digits easily. There is a bit of everything in that 160km stretch. Ghat sections some hilly areas and some dense forest patches.

There were a few concerns with the bike on this trip if anyone could help with. On my way back at around noon there was not a soul in sight on the highway so I opened the throttle to touch max speed. I tried hard as I could but could not go past 10000rpm on a straight road with speed of 140. The rev limiter light did not come up. What could be the problem? Is it a sign of poor run in or something else? I had completely ducked under the wind deflector and twisted the mirrors to reduce drag as much as I could.
Also I tried the same on a steep decent from flyover and touched 154 and the rear tyre started to wobble a bit so I had to back off. Could both these issues be because of the extra weight or drag of duffle bag I mounted on rear seat?
Another issue I had was that now as the bike is closing 6000 km I feel I have to twist the throttle more than usual to achive desired speeds. In fact I had slight wrist discomfort as I had to sometimes twist the trottle as much as I could then bring the hand back to normal position and twist it more to achive max speed. Is this due to the bike ageing or maybe the throttle cable needs to be tightened?

Wheel balancing weight, you might have seen this in car alignment and wheel balancing centres.

Yes of course. On high speed you will be able notice the difference. On low speed we cannot notice any difference. This is for wheel balancing.

Hello folks! Just bought a black AS200 a couple of weeks back and I've clocked about 60km until now. Have a few doubts/queries and hoping to find answers for the same.
                    1. The tank seems to get scratched up pretty easily. Is this a common niggle or am I doing something wrong?
                    2. The tip of the 'R' from the Pulsar logo broke while wiping the tank with the cloth provided. Seems to be really delicate. Are these logos available as spares?
                    3. Would it be a good idea to change the tyres now? And would it void warranty? Mine comes with the dreaded Euroslip rubber.

                    Regards.

                      Hi Kevin...

                      Congratulations on your Ride Bro..

                      1. Yes the tank catches scratches easily.. And on black they are seen more than other colors..
And also avoid keeping bags in the Front as the edges of the bag also leave minor scratches..

                      2. The tip of that is delicate.. You get that as a pair from any accessories shop but will cost somewhere around 1100 to 1200 bucks.. And take special care of the logo when washing. . As it breaks during pressure wash as well..
A solution to that is to Add small drops of FeviKwick on the edges of the logo.. And be careful while doing that.. Make sure u dont overflow the glue or else you will end up having glue patches on the tank..

                      3. The Eurogrip tyres have excellent long life but sucks when comes to road grip on wet roads.. You can change the tyres now and changing them wont lead to void warranty. Get soft compound rubbers or a combo compound tyres - the center part is hard compound and the corners soft compound..

Just follow the Run in properly.. And you earn yourself a Good machine in the Long run..

                      Cheers 🍻

                        > Use Microfibre cloth to clean, the tank is scratch prone, may be thick vinyl wraps will protect it fully.
                        > Logo's are available in spares at the SVC. The 'r' and the 'P' on each side cracked in the initial week I got my bike.
                        > EuroGrips are not all that bad, they handle pretty well on the blacktop. It loses poise a lil on grit, well may be not that great in the rains. Changing tyres won't void your warranty. I'm still using em, no serious complaints bout the tyres so far. Ill be changin em to MRF come em rainy days this year.

Sadly Yes. Pulsar disc brakes are really prone to dust particles getting lodged and screeching. Try to blast them with a water jet. if that doesn't help, you have to take to the SVC to get the pads scrubbed with sand paper.

Do the Eurogrip tyres have longer life than the MRFs? What is the average life of both these tyres respectively?

Eurogrips are made to last forever...Go for MRF's, they're cheaper and much much better.
