    What's the ideal tyre pressure?

The manual says 25 front and 28 rear for solo riding. Is that correct?

Neither the SVC guys nor I have any clue what changes they made that fixed the problem (they just tightened a lot of nuts). The bike is now running arrow straight, hands-free - checked it multiple times yesterday

Update: The headlight was fixed too - the bulb had been installed incorrectly by the roadside mechanic. However, the main beam is still 10-15% down on the original item, but I guess I have to live with that.

The front disk had no feel, so I got that fixed this time. However, as a result, the front wheel is not as free as earlier (the disk is gently touching the pads)... will have to visit the SVC again next weekend.

I'm riding to Sikkim and Nepal (from Calcutta) in January, so the bike has to be in perfect shape before that. Wish I could afford to upgrade the tyres, though - I'm not happy about riding on Eurogrips in the Himalayas. In winter.
All the best for your trip!

I hope I can get this leaning issue of mine fixed soon else it l might cause health related issues later on for me.

It's because of the chain lube applied that makes it seem so. Apply lube every 300 kms and it will always be like that.

I'd sent a complaint mail to bajaj customer care. I've been asked to get the bike to service centre today for thorough check up. Let's see what happens.

You need to rotate the mono shock grooves clock wise or anticlockwise as per your requirement to change settings.

He changed some cone settings. It's little better now but not completely proper.

The swaying and tilting has reduced somewhat. Earlier it used to tilt a lot.

The SVC guy said this is a known issue with AS 200, AS 150 AND NS 200.

It can't be made perfectly proper, at least that's what I was told. It's better now but not completely up to my satisfaction. I'll ride for few days now and then say how different it feels.

Sometimes different chain setting on both swingarm result the same too.

                              Isn't 300 too early?

Since it was raining very frequently in Bangalore so 300 was the sweet spot.otherwise I actually apply every 400 .its been 9000 kms and still in pristine condition since I lube every 300 or 400kms
