without even usig it a single day. Immediately spoke to service centre manager & informed her about this rusting part.We clicked photographs & sent them to Suzuki Delhi. Meanwhile I was just loitering around & checking out Sanjay Dutt's Hayabusa which was there for delivery.The manager was in continous talks with the Delhi guys & then after sometime I was called in & I spoke with them & they had decided to do a buy back of their bike & give me a full refund.

when the 'new' tank is already rusted. There is certainly something really wrong with the metallurgical aspects of GS or the tank OEM is having a serious flaw in manufacture...

of those issues, except the SC reporting of a 'rust spot' inside tank(not visible from my Rust-Free mouth). Headlight is now re-focused and its pretty good.

Btw my GS still has no issues at 1050 kms. Gears are Vsmooth and definite, and so is the engine and performance is still as pictured. Here its 24*7 rains, still no starting probs.(no choke used), or any other mentioned issues. Cheerio

. He thought pick-up is low cause engine cold. Only later he found out that its On, stupid lights that just dont beep...manual stated that permanent damage to Rr brake and catalytic convertor might result. But both were working fine upon checkup
The tic-tic sound is inherent in all bikes having pollution control components with exhaust. You must worry only if there is NO sound
