Excellent Tips Maestro. Just what i was looking for. And what about the cost of all these mods.

    1) Gladiator chain case
    2) K&N
    3) apache 180 mainjet & pulsar 180's needle jet.
    4)HID
    5)+labour

How much will all these cost?

What about the handle, i means can i use karizma's case for better handling or leave to stock itself.

Lovely morning. Even i took GS today to eat at a small local hotel. Loved the4 way it cruzed. In the signal i was the first one to leave(pickup) and after 30 secs when i turned back only 1 vehicle was there, rest all disappeared, what a performance. I too love Suzuki
Hahahahaaaaa.........looks like except me even others are making trips for their breakfast!!!!!!

i forgot the NGK iridium plugs........1000/-
    chain case-nearly 500/-
    hid-1500-2000/-
    K&N-1600/-
jets-200/-(if you are lucky and dont need to buy both carb kits)
    labour-not more than 500/-

regarding handle bars......keep the stock ones......if you use some fairing then only there will be some noticable change in handling.....otherwise it'll be the same......

Haha... Breakfast ride is thrilling... Going on an empty stomach and that too fast with GS made me more hungry and a good appetite.

Yeah.... Fairing is must to change handle performance... but i dont want to mess with the natural looks of GSR....

What about sports silencer... The one that sounds like apache... that will give a more youth look and feel to our bike..?

Push for a change if its really a rust, Even earlier I found something like that on tank mouth but it wasn't the rust some sort of chemical formation.

Report that to suzuki (website complaint)and go to dealer for fix.

                  At all new Gspians,

                  Please note :

We have separate thread for HID fixing doubts.

Seperate thread is their for AC to DC conversion.

And seperate xbhp thread is there for xbhp merchandise (stickers, T's and etc....)
Sarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity

First of all, i have been using r1100 kn filter for the past 2 weeks and i have searched entire hyderabad for the main jet, needle jet and pilot jets of zma/p180/rtr180 but i could not find any of these. HH main dealers are saying its not available and its very difficult to get and one guy modi motors, secundrabad said the jets will not come seperately and will only come as a set with carb.

No bajaj main dealer is having spare jet for p180.

tvs guys say it will take another week to get rtr180 jets and are not sure if they will get or not itself. I am fed up searching for jets for the past 2 weeks whole of hyderabad and secundrabad.

I am going to my home town coimbatore next week for diwali and planning to get the jets there.

Any one know where to get jets of zma/p180/rtr180 in coimbatore?

Vibes between 3.5-4k RPM are normal, its resonance zone of engine/Gear-box...vibs may drop down lil, but they will not go what ever you do for that..This zone is present in EVERY bike[just that RPM may differ]..

Tick-tick sound is absolutely fine. The sound is from Catalytic converter present in Silencer, that sound indicates good working of catalytic converter.
