The sticker is protected with a solution like a paint protector.. So it's difficult to remove the sticker easily without having opposite solution to remove it... Take your bike to a big sticker shop.. They might help you out..Originally posted by fadeawayraj View Post

You are a real brilliant; no doubt.Originally posted by gmagesh14 View PostBut the problem is with the copper wire used for winding.,
It's not an insulated copper wire...
I noticed it only after getting the 19swg wire..
Waste of time & waste of money by not using the brain correctly.
Now connect the ends of the coil to the gray wires of the RR and the DC output to the battery as you did earlier.
Then connect the orange wire i.e. from the ignition switch to the positive of battery, start the bike and measure the voltage between the battery terminals.
It is successful if the voltage is 14.14-14.15 constantly after 2K rpm.

Will complete the process today and bring the results here..

My sticker was continuously wet in 7 days long ride, so after I came bike, it slowly started peeling off. Once it gave away, a little diesel cleared off all the smudges, and now it is gone completely with no trace at all.Originally posted by gmagesh14 View PostThe sticker is protected with a solution like a paint protector.. My baby is 18months and 11500kms old now.
It been a long and quiet journey so far.
She stood by me whenever i was in need of her, never let me down even in worst conditions..credit goes to reliable suzuki engine
I have been using Motul 3000 4T plus from the first service. Its one of the best engine oil for GS AFAIK.
The only issue ihave is the mileage. Its around 40kmpl.Iknow,icant blame my bike because it purely depends on my riding, the traffic conditions and the condition of my bike.
At the end what matters is the satisfaction iget each time itwist the throttle and enjoy the butter smooth engine of my baby gixxer
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

i love this GSR darling
hello all proud owners of GSR,
its long time since i entered in to this forum, once i was a frequent visitor.
my GSR is 14 month old now, and running 17,000 odd kilo metres. Its fairly nice journey with her. she is cool, and sturdy. engine is smooth and overall a no problem bike.
some observations
- fuel economy is on an average 50-52 kmpl which is good for me
- have changed HL bulb in to osram nightbreaker plus which is giving good output
- have changed chain sprocket last week for the first time
- ride is is like waaav..that delux experience.
- tank rusting is a problem, i changed once under warranty.
- some say pick up is not that great but, for me it is not a negative, i like gradual pick up and cruising experience.
all I can say is that i too had many apprehensions like many while chosing this bike. i was following this community, and slowly and gradually i fell in love with this beauty, now she is adorablesigpic

Though never cleaned the chain, I am lubing it regularly with grease and oil. this lubing may be the reason for its long life.
