If it's vibration @3500 RPM, here it's called Resonance. All GS have it @3500 RPM, it's said. Note Tachometer calibration errors might give resonance at different RPMs. My GS gives such vibrations around 3650 RPM.

feels like the mcwheel is bent.......... i mean wtf.. its a new bike not even a single scratch or stain.... how can that be true..... I m not very knowledgeable about these things
I'm not that knowledgeable too.. However, if whatever I say is wrong some senior/experienced owner will correct it.

If a wheel is bent, you should be able to see it easily after an inspection.

It cost me 1200/- bucks for the first service including teflon, oil change, engine flush, and wash...
Jeez... I see most of the new owners go for Teflon coating.

what do they actually do when they say "Engine Flush"

also when i leave the throttle at 3 gear there is a tak !! sound is it the chain....
It can't be chain for certain. Recently serviced, so chain slackness should've been adjusted.

I m not very knowledgeable about these things....... mech said his engineer was not available and asked me to come later so that we can get it checked, M goin these saturday as i have a half day in office.
Guys please suggest, can it be mcwheel problem for such a new bike or there can be something else? It cost me 1200/- bucks for the first service including teflon, oil change, engine flush, and wash, is that ok ??
also when i leave the throttle at 3 gear there is a tak !! sound is it the chain.... mech could not do anything about it and says... gear ka itna awaz toh ayega he...

I dont buy that seriously guys........please help
      Damn its a loot.....first service is free.....and consumables cost 300/- oil+ oil filter.....150/- for teflon.....wash is complimentary........
Also the handle nut is tight hence the wobble......
The service centre is in some galli right?
Just give me a call next time you visit them......they surely need some blasting.....and why on earth are they flushing the new engine.....

The tak noise might be from loosely fitted sprocket.....do you hear that noise when you give a immediate throttle.....?

Maestro has done some really big trips on it.

While at WOT, a GS150R can travel whole day given the roads. No seizure, no overheat......even in moderately maintained bikes.

Suzuki builds tough bikes and engines.
830 kms!! hats off to both bike and rider.. Thanks Mach50.. that figure of 830 brings a smile on one's face.. Yes, I did go through Maestro's saddle-sore write-up.. Namaste guruji, lol....

WOT means Wide Open Throttle? that would mean the maximum load on the engine, correct? sort of worst-case scenario? Is that what you meant?

Your experience is a good example for how the biker owners are being exploited by some greedy SCs.
Usually there is a vibration (resonance) at 3500 rpm in our bike and it is difficult to get rid of it. But if you are feeling wobbling, it may be due to many reasons such as faulty tire, improper fitting of tire, fork bend, incorrect wheel balancing or alignment, incorrect alignment of cone set etc. etc together with tight handle nut as Maestro said.
First of all remove and refit the tire and check and correct the tightness of the handle bar.

And try to not approach that unreliable SC again for servicing or repairing of your bike.

Your average riding is more than 60 kms per day. Congratulations.

                          Yes, WOT=Wide Open Throttle.

Yes - one of the worst case scenario among many other case worse case scenarios.

The true non-stop riding of mine was actually for 850kms on the return leg of the same journey, it was accomplished under 12hrs and the ride began at 10 pm at night. So it was a whole in the dead of night ride which completed the destination in the morning over bad roads, deserted highway and foggy winter.

Maestro : I welcome you for acknowledging me of mentioning your name .

Yes, yes.... near Pappu da Dhaba at the end of that gully ..... my main concern was the wobble.. if its not the mcwheel m so relieved...
More over they say its just the labour charge is free and rest is chargeable...
They charged me some where between 200-300 bucks for flushing the engine.
M goin there tomorrow.......I have PM'ed you my no. plz give me your no. as well......
And yess.... I havent given to many sudden ripps to it but i would say no it does not make the tak noise on sudden throttle its only when i close the throttle without applying clutch or break.
......... thanks for being so help ful mate.... !!
