Then after analysing for some time, i suspect the saree guard hitting the big bolt which is in chain section, did u guys ever noticed this kind in ur bike, Please help. Also Im in need of fitting foot rest in to sareguard since it is quite pain for a pillion to ride with out resting the foot. Please suggest is there any shop where we can fit the foot rest or do we need to weld in to sareeguard.
I think it is the seat sound . Regarding foot rest , the one on fz can be used.

No, my pillion foot rest is getting extreme vibration and a sound like scratching against a road when i the rear tyre gets contacted with a pothole or speed breaker. One person told to pull out the saree guard a little bit since at the sareeguard might be in contact closely with chain guard.

As per my requirement headlight power and focusing is poor. In my 2nd service I made a complaint in Honda Service Center... but they adjusted headlight beam to further down. Does Hornet have any headlight adjustment screw...? I would like to do myself...

Should be under the headlight assembly. Check the manual.

There is a mechanical screw below pilot lamp. You can use that to adjust the throw

I've checked with Honda center about this issue 2 times. But it's the design of headlamp which is problematic. Nothing inside warranty can be done. You may upgrade with the help from 3rd party but your warranty will void.

Bcz our is carbureted engines and the additives in these petrol may clog small orifices in it.
