I know its weak in the lower rev range but this is outright hilarious! Splendor crossed with a pillion and a sack of grain guys!

Now am wondering if it's just my bike?
There is no point talking to the service center so either tell me that I'll have to live with it. Or I really need some trick to increase the torque output.
Because sometimes, I am not in the mood to rev its heart out.
Get your throttle body cleaned in the next service. My bike used to stall when I climb out of my office basement parking.

Got fixed after throttle body cleaning.

    Cheers.

In all honesty any gradient above 10° is considered steep. A 20° gradient is considered extremely steep. Steep enough to make sure you continue in 1st gear up that slope or you switch to 2nd only after you have gained sufficient momentum, say after hitting 4,000 RPM or at least 35Kmph in the 1st Gear.

Also your clutch setting makes a big difference during those precise and quick up shifts, even though I would never want to recommend this, in such situations you need to half clutch your bike into 2nd to reduce the time spent on power loss while climbing up a slope during upshifting gears.

I doubt there's anything wrong with the bike, but still do ask the SVC to clean the throttle body and update your ECU firmware to the latest build. Hope this helps Bud 👍

Done 8000+ kms. Realized today that the throttle cable is so much more free to twist now. Riding is a whole lot better as earlier I had to put a lot of effort accelerating from gears 1,2 after slowing down. The ecu version is 112. Not sure how that changed but am liking it.

While braking, I do hear some noise of a mini motor running. Anyone else experienced this in their Dominar? And I do hear a unusual sound when I use the bike after riding in the rain?

Anyone experienced the same and can someone figure out, what it is???

          Thank you

Mini motor sounds like the abs is kicking in. Are you braking hard enough for abs to trigger ? What's the unusual sound like? Squeaking or dull hiss?

How many kms on the odo? This sounds like the usual new disk brake sound. The sc can check and confirm.

Also don't forget to lube the chain. Dry chain is noisy on dominar.

If it is not the chain, Get the disk brakes caliper unmounted and cleaned. Chains are usually a chug chug vs continuous scraping which could be disc brakes.
Have a friend roll the bike in neutral while turned off to hear the difference.

                        Thank you so much,

And I hear that mini motor sound whenever I apply brake, Even if I apply the brakes softly I do hear that noise.

I'll be taking the bike to SC by Monday and I'll update.

I did Pune Mumbai and return recently on Doninar. Even in steep ghat section in Mumbai Pune, Dominar was easily able to go on 2nd gear. I even tried 3rd few times. It was sharp turns and fogg / low visibility at night that restricted my speed, not power.

I would politely suggest getting bike checked in service center.

BTW, riding through fogg or clouds and rain in Khopoli Lonavala is amazing experience.

Good one. Several dominars have been to Leh Laddakh and back.

Is this a dominar issue or generic question. What are the symptoms you are running into.
