Dude, this SVC has one machine to test ABS and they have been telling me that they will use it one day to test my machine. But, as I don't want to rely on false hopes and words I just go to another SVC some 60 KMs away to deal with ABS related problems. The problem now is that I don't have time and money right now to go to that place. I will sort it out as soon as possible. I don't think sending an email will do anything to improve the situation there. At least they are good with other stuff and diagnosis.

Hey guys I need a little help. I have this weird issue with the front brake. Since the 2nd free service which was about 1500km ago from now(ODO reads about 35xx), they have completely lost bite. I have to literally squeeze the life out of them to get the bike to stop. I went to a local mechanic and he cleaned the pads which didn't work either. They also have good life left on them. The discs too. The only thing left is the brake fluid and the piston. Could either of these 2 be the issue?

Bleed the brake and things should be fine.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

Will I need to replace the brake fluid if I do that? Since it attracts moisture so quickly.

Google how to bleed the brake. Brake Fluid will have to be replaced.

Just replacing Brake Fluid is of no use, when there is air in the brake line. Bleeding is the only option.

                      Hello,
I recieved A180 ABS last monday, filled it with Rs.300 fuel( around 4.5L). Completed 65km, and it's showing just 1 bar. So should I be worried about mileage? And how much mileage can I expect during running-in?

I couldn't find anything about mileage during running-in period.

                            Apologies.
During run in you will get less mileage, I never checked mine, but it would be around 30-35

Secondly if you filled 4.5ltr, out of that 2.5 went into reserve and one bar is the rest of the petrol

I had done my first run-in on hosur rd and mysore rd @50kmph(Never crossed 58-6kmph). The FE was 56-58 kmpl. Post run-in FE avg. is around 38-46kmpl.
My bore piston kit was changed and the second run-in returned an FE of 48-51 kmpl, complete city riding. Usual speed was less than 50-55 kmph and occasional 80-86kmph dashes.
