is there any specific lubricant to be used for our ZMR???
The guys at the service center will use Hero Engine oil to lube.. you can use Rolon Chain Lube (do it yourself if you can)

If you are comfortable with the engine oil, use it til it lasts and change it.

Ok.. there are different types of bulbs.
for eg. H1, H4, H7, H11 etc.. the ones our ZMRs make use of is H4. Which has both high and low beams in a single bulb.. the H7 units will need 2 bulbs. One for high beam and the other for low beam.. hope this makes..

Now coming to p220, RE Thunderbird 2013 and few cars headlight with both reflector and projector. They make use of H7 bulbs and hence the reflector and projector.. usually, reflector will be highbeam will make use of reflector and projector will be the low beam..

Now coming to black.. the projector is sold separately be it chinese or branded.. the person who wants to fit projector on their bike or car with H4 connectors can either smoke (black) paint the reflector or leave the reflector as such so that they can revert back yo halogen bulbs in future whenever they want.

that is already black in chinese ones but in 220 a normal reflector is present.

As far as I know, All the projectors are the same. Open it and you will find it normal.. also because the H4 projectos make use of HID bulbs which are very thin and is almost completely covered but the p220 projector makes use of normal H7 halogen bulb.. maybe this is the reason.. i am not sure though..

Now you have cleared my doubt. Lol! I was under the impression that the p220 projector bulb could fit into my projector. But as you said, HIDs are real slim.

                          Why?
Diesel or kerosene works better than some of the expensive chain cleaners. Use a tooth brush dipped in kero and an old rag to clean the chain. Clean the chain every 2000kms.
The best lube for bikes with closed chain cover is Sae90 gear oil + some grease in between the link plates(sides). Lube the chain once every 15days or 500kms or whenever the bike is pressure washed. The chain will last for 30k+ kms easily and the bike will run smooth.

That's a video showing the rpm getting stuck. Also, that's the same bike having idling issues. The bike was warm when the video was made. Hence the idling issue was gone and the rpm getting stuck issue started. What do you people think?
