The Battery not getting charged properly when the headlight is turned on for about 45 mins at night during the long rides.. and going to get the stock headlights back and remove the Projectors.. then the Chain sprockets.. going back to stock from P220's 36 teeth rear sprocket.. gonna ask them to check the oil cooler and get them to check the wiring completely so that I don't face any issues during the Long Tour planned up ahead.. tighten up all the bolts to reduce the vibration noise (I know its impossible but I always ask them to do it and its fine for few days) gonna get the Nitrogen air filled into the tires.. After the service(w/o oil change) i will get the Motul filled...

Rubber bushes with bolts?? can you tell me which bolts are you talking about mate?? regarding head lights.. i guess the stock HLs are better than no Lights.. cos the Projectors just suck out the juice of my bike battery killing it.. i came to this decision due to that reason.. I am at the tail position of the team and I don't need much light.. but i need a little view in front.. I am gonna go for the Philips diamond vision 55w bulb.. is that good enough?? or is that gonna kill the battery as well??

          Ha ha ha... lolz.
We know how bad the morons at the SVC are! But at the same time, they are forced to help you if you shoot a complaint to higher authorities, right?
In Chennai, the SVC manager barked at me for complaining to HMC and they didn't even carry out the service properly. I complained again but no action was taken.

IMO, Osram NB is better that Philips XV for ZMR. Both are plug and play. No issues with battery.

I have had bad experience with the SVC guys too mate.. I seriously got pissed off when my bike had hiccups initially.. I kept asking them to check the wiring.. the mechanic takes the bike in.. opens the tank lid and sees water (after a water wash) on the side of the petrol tank where the lid covers the tank... and claimed that was the reason for the hiccups.. he sucked out all the water and said now the problem will be solved.. I was like.. What the Fudge.. how is that going to fix the issue.. thats how poor the mechanics are in terms of knowledge.. they even scared me saying the Fuel Pump is dead they said they will fix the fuel pump under warranty (note - bike was just 5 months old completed just 1500kms or so) they said to leave the bike for almost a week.. I said NO.. the problem persisted even after 3 times of complaining.. one fine evening.. i decided to take the bike to office.. Bike stopped almost 18kms away from office and 10kms away from home at night.. had to push the bike for almost 3 kms to park in my old office parking lot.. take an auto to office.. luckily i was not targeted by the robbers.. the next day went by cab home.. took my car to the service center in Noida (devine automobiles) got the mechanic with me.. took him to the bike.. he got the bike to start.. they asked me to come back in the evening.. went to get the bike.. they said they checked the Fuel Pump.. it was fine.. they cleaned the pump.. blah blah blah.. so i decided to take the bike to South Delhi to get them to fix the fuel pump on priority.. again.. the bike stopped again.. Luckily the bike started.. took the bike back to Noida SVC.. this time.. I made them check the wiring forcefully.. they took out the fairing.. took off the tank.. and violaa.. there was the problem.. the ignition coil wire was loose.. got them to tighten the wire and till now.. the bike is running fine.. if those SVC guys in South Delhi had listened to my words and checked the wiring.. it could have been resolved long back.. I raised a big complaint against the SVC guys in South Delhi and man.. I showed my anger on the owner of Pasupathy motors getting him raged and angry with the Service Manager.. they got my bike completely checked.. since then.. they treat me as a VIP customer.. lol.. but I don't take my bike there anymore.. cos of the poor service..

              • Same is the case here in Hyderabad. The required work doesn't get done unless a complaint is lodged with the higher authorities.

Retail shops sell them at 850-900 bucks a pair. They're sold in pairs as these are car bulbs.
Both Philips and Osram are placed around 800-900 odd mark.

You can PM praj zm for the online portal where he got these for 750 bucks or so.

I was in Chennai till 6 months back. Relocated to Bangalore now.

I held 100-115 on the fourways and it was absolutely effortless (Though trying anything beyond 120 is useless ). The cold climate made sure of no heating business. The idle rpm didn't fluctuate much (about 100rpm). Only small niggle is that the visor makes a slight vib noise around 5k rpm (around 80kmph).

He washed the bike and even after 4 days, am getting the smell. Till now no one has any clue as to what the smell maybe. And no time to take the bike to the service guy also.. Helpless
