Found ONB & PEV clicks side by side here Philips X-Treme Vision Vs. Osram Night Breaker Plus - Page 6 Judging by them i think ONB are whiter but PEV add is confusing

So which one is white ? Any info on Ring Xenon Ultima ? Whether it is available in Bharat ?

If you are looking for pure white then Philips xtreme and Osram NB is not for you...they both have a very little whiteness and not into fully yellowish as stock bulb.....

In Philips and Osram high beam you feel a little whiteness but not in low beam.

6000K color temperature will be pure white...do check the specification of bulb....

Hi all,

Long time science my last post. First in advance "HAPPY HOLI" to all the members and bros...

Now some queries:
1. I am using Shell AX7 SS 10W40, after completing 10K. Completed 16.5K now. Would this be a good oil in summer as the temperature gos above 45 degs. Its already 41-42 deg.
2. After riding the bike at a continuous speed above 75Km/hr for about 10 kms. When I come to stand still the bike gives a "Kirr - Kirr" sound. Is this normal? If not what I should pay attention to??

Please let me know you feedback, and I will act accordingly.

Do you using ONB ? Can you post snap of reflector ? Just want to get a idea of how much difference in color in smd led pilot & ONB .
Mine are white smd led , no ting of blue just plane white , now i need a headlight matching it .

@ antan which oil you used in last summer ? HMC's 10W30 if so then why doubt about this oil ? It's SS compared to Mineral , i think it will work , but isn't 6000 km is over use ? Don't you need oil change .
BTW i got Mobil1 10W40 FS to use in summer , its change is pending due to non availability of filter . Once it is available , will change spark , oil & filter .

1. Keep using the same. Else try Veedol Swift 10w40 SS. Sibun da swears by it.
2. Chain slack/worn out sprockets. Get it checked.

I guess he meant he started using SS oils 6.5k kms ago on ODO. He'd have changed it in between. (I hope)

Osram NB is just a shade yellowish, not fully white in low beam. Hence it won't match your pilot lamp. It would look similar in high beam though!

I guess its not form chain slack or something else.. I guess it from Engine section...

Sorry forget to mention, I change Engine Oil every 2-2.5K interval... So I guess I am not over using the oil nw..

... Mobile1 10W40 is unvailable here in Durgapur or in kolkata.. I have also tried for Pirelli SD in Kolkata everywhere but no luck yet....

I m still waiting.. If anyone finds anywhere please let me know....

First of all HAPPY HOLI to you too buddy, now coming to the topic of Pirelli SD's i have heard that Pirelli has stopped supplying its tyres officially here in India due to some problems regarding ISI mark and all, due to which the dealers who are having stock of these are selling it at very high price. I myself bought one recently at 4k a few days back but when i checked the price 2 days back, dealers are asking for 4.8 to 5k for 18inches 110 and 120 section tyres. I would say wait for sometime and go for pirelli cause its truly wort it.

My bike is giving
62-63 @ 4000 rpm
80 @5000 rpm

Is it doing Ok?

YEs I am waiting for it... I almost got one for 3k.. But I was half hr late...

... I wll 120 but not sure wll it for even after removing the chain cover though all my members have convinced that it will

Buddy.. I would like to disagree on this.. even on the high beam its more of yellowish than white.. its a bit whiter than the low beam. however its not going to match with the SMD pilot lights..

Its in multiples of 16 in 5th cog.

48 at 3k RPM, 64 at 4k, 80 in 5k and so on.

Maybe. Since my SMD LEDs are blue-ish, high beam appears white and I assumed it'd look similar to white pilot lamp bulbs.

when I had the P220's 36T rear sprockets fitted, my ZMR used to do 86kmph at 5K RPM in 5th Gear

i am using ONB but not in bike...in my car....in bike i have philps xtreme.....

BTW anyone looking for phlips xtreme bulbs can contact me..i have set of bulbs...but not packed..open...and genuine....

matching light of headlight bulb with pilot light; then you need to have a same color temperature of pilot and head light bulb...

Why do you need a new console bro? Any problem with the old one?

EDIT - P220 does 17 kmph with every 1k RPM in top gear.
