    A local mechanic told me he would charge Rs 30 for the setup that would require "one" switch to ON the setup and any R/L indicator ON for all the indicators to blink simultaneously; and Rs 80 for a single switch that would ON/OFF all the indicators.
    The jugaad you mentioned is the first one I think. I want the second setup, which won't require R/L indicator to be switched ON, and all indicators will work on just a single switch placed anywhere so that it is easily accessed by the left/right thumb.

      Fork seal outer
      Rear Cowl(L/R/C)
      Silencer Cover
      The CD 100 Fork Covers
      Lock Set(Ignition).
      and the handlebar is bent, I'm thinking to go for a P200 bar.

            Thats the one I want too, cause its more convenient. Can you by chance, find out what all he'll add to complete this mod, then we may be able to improvise and replicate the same.

              Yeah sure brother. I'll be heading to him once I am back to Calcutta. I'll try to post a detailed overview of the job done once he completes the hazard light setup.
              But before that I wanna check a solution for my indicators not blinking properly, plus a solution for the rate of glow. PSR Sir guided me to go for Splendor's flashers. Lets see what SVC guys have got to reply in that case.

              • FRIENDS MY BIKE IS GIVING ME less pick up and less milage to as at 5 gear it goes to 100 at 6000 r.p.m . i clean the both spark plug and air filter too and also changed engine oil to motul as my bike done 11k km only . wht should i do ?

                    Friend, What exactly is the problem? Please be clear! "Less pick up" don't express it all, describe the performance in brief.
                    However, you can try troubleshooting like this:
                    1. Inspect spark plug whether it needs a replacement, 'cause you've done 11k kms. (Post a pic of the same here for further doubts)
                    2. The air filter might also needs replacement now.
                    3. Ever checked the AFR? Check it!

                    • Blinking brake light possible?

                      Can I have a setup like the super cars in these videos have? Something like blinking brake lights with a "wave" effect!

                      Further, I want to install an LED strip kinda brake light in addition to what we have got in our Karizma, which will help on highways at night for the vehicles behind to visualise that we are braking! I found the location of a circular kinda strip on the thin support where the indicators are placed, on both indicators.
                      Anyone interested to support me here?
                      Once this is done, then I want to add the blinking effect to those "special" brake lights.

                        hey xbhpians, i am posting here after a month ,was busy with the stuffs ,yesterday i did 550km with gulf pride 4t 20w40 on NH4 here is the experience and some queries
                        1-bike runs very cool and smooth(less pick up and notchy gear shhifts) with gulf engine oil but after i go beyond 80mph it makes "kad kad " kinda noise
                        2-when i went to change the engine oil before leaving to the ride,while opening the oil drain bolt it broke into spanner..wondering is it of that cheap qulaity HH?its very imp part of engine, good it broke in standstill condition....i fixed cbz's bolt as zma's bolt was unavialable..is it ok??
                        3-bike electricals were running very well till 302kms but after that whenever i hit the starter button i observed a blink in tachometer and all reading were setting to zero and clock timing was 1:00am why this is happening??

                        bike has done 17644kms...pulsar dual horn with bosch relay...mico 55/60bulb with bosch relay...stock battery...evrything is stock

                        any suggestions guys on above queries ???and the part which i need to replace at this age of my black storm?? thanks in advance

                          you mentioned that u turned the pistons,got seals from bajaj on you previous post,my question was from which bajaj model have you got the seals to suit?.and i was suggesting to you to look for the whole rtr caliper which looks same as the nissin ones fitted in our bike with slight difference to the dia of caliper piston, you get the full set including the fork mounting bracket which is different.

                            Yes sir i had the pistons trued/turned but i didnt put in bajaj seals. I put in new bajaj boots/bushes that fit on the pins on the caliper sub assembly bracket.
                            I replaced all the rubber boots as well! Picked them up from bajaj for 50 bucks as HH was asking for 800 chillar for the same stuff!
                            I did go to TVS and check out the rtr caliper! Unfortunately, the mounting pins that are fixed to the caliper sub assembly bracket and go into the caliper are a bit further apart(on the rtr caliper). Bottom line, if we intend to use the rtr caliper on the zma, we will have to fabricate a new bracket. The only thing interchangeable between the rtr and zma calipers are the brake pads!

                              My ZMA's windtones didnt work when I started up the bike. And when we press the horn switch the BOSCH relay doesnt click, so should I go ahead and replace the BOSCH relay or are there some other things I should consider like, inbult horn relay(if any.) etc...
