I have handlebar of CBZ extreme with me, that I once used in my Dazzler. I did some juggad and fitted pulsar's metal bar end weights to it. I would use this on my ZMA and see how it does.
A very simple way to get the bar-end weights on the handle bar is to have a nut welded inside the handle bars and use the same size screw to fix the weights. This is better than the rubber-mounted types seen on many HH bikes. The pulsar handle bars have a similar set up and very economical. Something similar on my bike, only that this arrangement came with the handle bar.

Handlebar of my ZMA shakes very hard if I release my hands between a speed range of 70-80 Kmph. I may fall if dont grab the handle bars quickly. I talked to a few SVCs but they all told me the different reasons for it. Please help me in finding out the cause of it. I have ridden it 18K so far and I am still on stock tires.

                Possible Reasons..

                1. Alloy Wheel Bent
                2. fork Bent
                3. Cone Set needs replacement
                4. Air Pressure..

Fork Bend / Alloy Wheel bend need not happen due to a wreck.. it can be because of the horrible roads we have in India... potholes.. big potholes.. many other factors.. if you do stunts.. that can also cause it..

Check the front fork and cone set..replace the cone set if needed and try with proper air pressures

check the front forks and T cone set... i guess replacing the T cone set should solve the issue

next step would be to check alloy wheels for bend, and if yes will need replacement

Alloy wheel bend are being removed too.. but it wont be perfect as a new alloy wheel.. in case the person cant afford to get new alloy wheels.. he can go for alloy alignment..

That sucks... but i have seen them do it in front of me.. and the bent has been removed.. initially when they put the alloy wheel on that wheel rotator.. it had bent.. but later hitting it with hammer has fixed it..

if not perfect.. better than how it was initially..

Guys, I'v been wanting to change my drive chain to an O-ring type, with a naked chain guard, similar to one on the Honda CBR 250R. Any suggestions as to how I can go about it?

The heavy duty ones on the ZMA are the best, ive been using mine without chain guard for over 2yrs now, with the same chain.
