adulterated fuel or a rich AFR mixture.. check the exhaust valve clearances and the exhaust gasket too..

But any way the handle bar is good its heavier than the stock ones as well. One thing that surprised me was the extra wibes now present in the handle but its addictive and feels like my bike has come alive and is asking for more. Its good and finally the cost - the handles cost me 213 rs and are mat finish black.
What about handle bar weights? Hunk's handlebar doesn't have provision for metal bar end weights. How did you manage to put them in?

I got the handle grip circled in green a year back, at the time stocks were scarce and I couldnt find the other side handle grip and throttle cables after going to two different SVC's.

And today dad decided to overhaul the stock carb and put it back on the bike, he asked me to get the throttle cables cause both were hard since they came with the bike, I went to SVC praying to get atleast one, and look what i got, both cables and the other side handle grip, on inquiry they said that now its, mandatory for them to keep all parts of the bike in stock. If this isnt service quality then I dont know what is, Keep up the good work HeroMC.

Yes sure, It isa genuine piece bought from one of the authorized hero dealer ships, I will post the pictures tomorrow. Its either 213 or 230 I am a bit confused but any way it has changed the riding position earlier I felt as if the handles where in my chest but now there a is nice slightly lean forward riding position. If I had invested bit more time I could have gone for the Pulsar 180 ones any way all is good.

                    ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

I made some rubber cuttings from a cycle tube and improvised it to tightly secure the handle bar weights back on to the new hunk handles. I couldnt source the hunk weights since they where out of stock. But since the weights now are not suspended improperly I can feel the wibes on my hand but its addictive and makes the communication between my engine and my brain much faster and lively

Hunk's bar-end weights are plastic. They are just for beauty purpose. Each side is just 15 rupees.

I have handlebar of CBZ extreme with me, that I once used in my Dazzler. I did some juggad and fitted pulsar's metal bar end weights to it. I would use this on my ZMA and see how it does.

IIRC Its 6rs per piece, the same one from Honda for the Unicorn is 15rs.

Guys, bikes been idle for a while, today after plonking in stock carb, it seems the bike doesnt have compression, kicker moved freely for 50 something kicks after that there was little compression, but not enough for the bike to start.

That is because the OE Karizma's handle bars were designed keeping in mind the vibration from engine and tyres such that the handlebar resonates very less when used on a Karizma. Hunk's handle bar was designed for hunk and it can now resonate when the frequency of a vibration matches with that of new handle bar's fundamental frequency.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
