I would recommend these springs even for stock bikes...
I was worried about usability in b2b traffic. Thanks for letting us know. BTW, I did not face any clutch slippage as such. But with yamalube mineral oil, there is some issue with clutch engagement/disengagement. It just did not feel right. That went away with Motul 300V.

it reduces the "wind in at/ur face" effect.

was looking out for one that's made for an R15.

          • Engine trouble Warning light.

As per manual Engine trouble warning light blinks whenever electrical circuit monitoring engine is defective. Does a battery short of charge can cause Engine trouble warning light to blink.
Also whats the life of Tata Green battery we have in our R15s. Further what options do we have in market for Tata Green battery.

Yesterday I found the Engine trouble warning light blinking when I started the bike. However, the warning light stopped blinking after sometime. Later in the night I found the issue again. Moreover, the engine wouldn't start. After twisting the throttle for a while engine was back to life. However, today I didn't face any such issue. Later I took the bike to SVC and they suspected aging battery. They quoted life of Tata Green battery to be 1-1.5 years(I am a bit doubtful). Insight on this

i'm well aware of that mate.

the pic was just to clarify shrinathrao's "Whats this double bubble screen?" query.

and it's actually an R1 screen not an R125.

The battery life is dependent on the usage and the maintenance...But, it is well above 1.5yrs...The svc guys say it bcoz if they claim it to be around or more than 2yrs then the consumers will hammer their heads if the battery dies before that...It is same like the average the bike gives...they say it will only give 35 and not more than that but it gives around 40 easily...

Yes, it can. Battery is supposed to last 2+ years.

nothing just go to your SVC tell them about the tappet sound, they will adjust it and tightened it if required.

How much does this adjustment cost? Because once i asked a SVC guy and he told that i'll have to shell out 2.5K for it.
Fun begins only after 6K rpm.....!

naah nothing like this 2.5K is too much. the things which they will do in the tightening or adjusting of tappet.
                                Take out the Side panels.
                                Take out your petrol tank.
Remove the throttle body ( to avoid any damage to it)
                                Then open the Cylinder Head
Check for the loose tappets and would tight accordingly.

dont forget after the tappets are tightened you have to be easy on the bike for first 100kms and then start revving it.

RythmRana@ if you think there is a problem then only you get it checked or else there is no need. You will start hearing a tak-tak sound from your engine, the acceleration of your bike would decrease and you would feel the bike is vibrating more than usual- these are the symptoms
