bleed your brakes... as in take out the ALL old oil n put in new oil.
it's important to make sure you don't let air into the brake line tho.

    to bleed your brakes...
    1. remove reservoir cap.
    2. remove a bit of the old oil (just a bit)
    3. top up with new oil
    4. open bleeder valve
    5. lightly press down on ur brake lever.
    6. this will force the old oil out of the brake line.
    7. press down on the brake lever all the way.
    8. close up the bleeder valve (DO NOT release the brake lever just yet)
    9. THEN release the brake lever
    10. you'll prolly have to repeat steps 5 to 10 a couple of times
    11. once all the old oil is out (u'll be able to tell by the colour difference)
    12. you can then top up the oil to the proper level in the reservoir

    and wrap it up.

The setup costed me around 10k with few more modifications and was done by a delhi xbhp member itself. No effect on battery I'm using Tata Green and I have tested the HID for straight 6 hours.. Delhi - Jaipur.
The projectors are magnetic, both low and high beam works.

No alterations to wiring or battery.

Also, I'm facing some issue with my rear tyre.. My rear tyre locks very quickly and I've had a fall also due to that, I tried a friend's bike today and I felt no tyre locking in his case. My ride is 10k old and tyre still have good amount of tread, Why is my tyre locking?

WOW these look very good, especially the curved lines on the 2nd pic are really flowing, the arrangement and positioning of LED's is very hard to get right and this time it is very professionally done.

First: "threads do play a role" - not entirely accurate... these are not threads, they are water channels... road tires are entirely dependent on the quality of rubber and the contact patch created for grip. The water channels are there to prevent hydroplaning where a layer of water prevents the tyre from maintaining full contact with the tarmac and creating grip issues. The water channels facilitate the removal of water and allowing a contact patch to be maintained. Those knobby tyres found on dirt bikes and ATVs are for loose dirt conditions...
100% true, better grip is due to better rubber not due to threads on tire. That's the reason why motogp guys use slicks on dry races.

Second: While it is recommended that break oil be replace every 24 months, it is also dependent on break usage and quality of oil... the harder you use the breaks and the more you push the breaks to their limits, the closer the break oil reaches its boiling point... when the break oil starts to cool down it absorbs moisture and that is what ages the oil... thus it is not necessary that oil will last 24 months...

Now coming to the locking part... the locking is due to the break system and has nothing to do with the tyre grip issues... one of the reasons (this is speculation and needs to be verified by inspection of your bike) why you are locking the breaks is because you are not getting any feed back from the break. This happens when the breaks feel woody or spongy... such conditions are generally created by contaminated oil or hardened break pads...
Won't the lack of feedback also be caused if air bubbles have creeped up into the brake system? As far as I know, feedback means how much you're comprehending the braking is being performed. With air bubbles in the system that goes out the window as one second there will be no braking and the next second the full force of brakes come in play and the tire locks up.

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It is a labour extensive job, service centers will charges anywhere in the region of 150-300 bucks depending upon your haggling skills.

Although it is an easy enough DIY job, you can try yourself or let one of your DIY enthusiastic friends have a go

              • First of, k means 1000, so I guess you mean 1100-1400.

That's just the bike warming up man, it will go up and down untill the bike is all warmed up. If it happenes after the bike is warm, i.e. after you've ridden a bit then it's a little issue, apart from that no problem in the idle rpm going up and down. Just keep on riding

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

                      Hi Tony,

I am using the car shampoo and the silicon based polish for my Car and R15. Mostly I get my bike washed at workshops but, when there is no need for pressure cleaning, I do it at home. I am using Amway's car wash shampoo and Silicon gaze polish and its working good. You can search it on net. But u need to find a Amway agent i think to order that...

                      • There is fuel cut off after certain RPM and I hope this is the reason for the same ..

                        • The R15 tubeless tyres are really tension free tyres. Yest morning started from home felt the front tyre air pressure is less so thought of checking the air pressure, but due to heavy rains none was coming out of their shop, so went on riding to my friends place which is good 25 kms stretch and showed the front tyre only to realize that the front tyre had 2 punctures. I was riding slow with speeds hitting around 50 but i never felt the front tyre loosing ground or something else. Really the MRF stock tyres will not leave you dangling in case of emergency.

                          • ^^ Same for me...

Yesterday, I felt that the rear of the bike is vibrating a little, It was already 10PM and so, could not check Air Pressure. Today morning, I saw that the rear tyre is completely flat. Rode at 20kmph to the nearest puncture shop [about 1 km] on my way to office, all I felt was vibration due to riding with flat tyre but no serious balance issue taking in account I'm a novice rider.
