a 140 will fit too.
are you talking bout putting the tyre on the R15 rim? or the FZ rim?
i've seen an R15 with a FZ rear rim.
there were no issues with it touching the swingarm..

a 130 tyre will look thinner than a 120 on an R5 rim.
if you plan on up-sizing just the tyre... i'd recommend a 120..
