At 169cms., I don't think you have anything to be worried about.
Unless you have typed it wrongly&you are 196cms. which is surely a cause for worry!

    • I'm facing this real weird problem with my bike
When I'm driving and rev till 7-8k rpm, it jerks, like there is some fueling issue, what can be the problem ?

          I'm 172cms; No issues

@burninrubber: How many kms has your bike done?? May be due to clogged injectors, low fuel.

My bike has done ~16k kms, when this problem occurred the fuel gauge was showing F and it does ~50kms in that, is it cause of some fuel pump issue ? And how can I make sure if its clogged injectors ?
                Thanks !

                  Three possible reasons.

                  1. Misfiring, check your spark plug
                  2. You must have rode on reserve fuel which did allow the fuel pump to sip in air. ( This would vanish until next oil filling or if you want quick solution, clean the fuel pump)
                  3. Water sipping in to the tank ( wait until next filling )

Contact me if none of the above is a reason.

                    • Its been high time since i have replayed or posted any comment in this section. So from now on I am going to be more casual to this thread.

Update of my bike: Its been 15 months since I brought her to home and i have not faced even a single issue with the bike and a perfect dragster :P although sometimes the mirror vibrations are real pain in the A**. As it will take all the fun out of the bike when you are cruising at highways or on stop n go traffics.

There are two kinds of light--the glow that illumines, and the glare that obscures.

                      • hey fellas, my ride has got 20kays on odo... the rear tire is completely worn out and its deflating very fast. i'm inflating it almost everyday. the front tire seems to do good for another 4-5kays.. is it good to change only the rear tire? how does it affect handling? also, i heard about the hike in price of spare parts.. does anybody know the price of r15 stock tires now(latest price), complete chain set up, and disc pads? please help...
A crash on d road may kill d biker n d bike, but d relationship btwn d bike n d biker never dies.

Its only next to d relationship btwn d mother n her baby.

You're right, I did re-fuel to check if it was a fuel pump issue, which it wasn't, the bike is running fine, thanks !

I'm 171cms. No problem with back or any other part on long rides. I have done Hyderabad-Bangalore&back solo&quite a few other short rides. Never had any issues with the posture. Only thing I used to feel was strain on the wrists in very heavy traffic on braking. Reduced the problem to a large extent by putting handlebar grips over the existing ones. I'm medium weight&am stating this based on an average body (not workout)-I have no idea about how heavier guys feel on the bike.

The rear tyre will be excellent till 15-16K kms., then will start deflating very soon, getting punctured at every other nail encountered. Handling will also go down drastically. Nitrogen is a temporary solution for avoiding filling air every other day. I still need to fill every 15 days or so.
Same happened in my case. Change it asap. I have got a new set of tyres from outside for some 3400 bucks total after hard bargaining. SVC prices are higher supposedly. Need to get it fixed but I am planning to get the rims repainted so its getting delayed.
Chain kit I think is some 900 odd bucks, front disc pads Rs.490, rear Rs.690 IIRC. Others can help with exact pricing.

Any idea how much would the front tyre for R15 cost?

Is it too early a question to ask whether we'd be able to replace the current swingarm with the newer bigger better aluminum one? And would (or should) that be a direct fit to our V1?
