so, most of the above things if taken care of before the ride may not cause a problem during it.. but at the least, do carry a tire puncture repair kit and a longer screw driver and necessary allen keys..
grease won't cause harm i suppose..it would just attract a lot of dirt onto the chain..
Thanks Shivanshu and Veyron999Originally posted by Shivanshu View PostCarry puncture repair kit, air pump and if you going for a very long ride in treacherous conditions then you should carry tools to adjust your chain as well. And ofcourse chain lube and clean. I would not suggest grease as it will most on top of the chain and not go in inner O-ring of the chain. If you not carrying Lube then at any mechanic shop just get the chain lubed by a 90 grade engine oil, or used engine oil. It should work, but when you come back get the chain cleaned with diesel and then get it properly lubed. Ride Safe
SVC people are not helping me on this.. i usually carry, a puncture repair kit and footpump, never really needed anything else, am heading for a long trip, I had to argue a lot with them before they could give me the spares(clutch/race wires), and what i have noticed is that allen keys for R15 are not standard as other bikes, any advice on what specific tools i must carry? size and numbers of keys/spanners and can i get them from outside svc?sigpic
I am responsible !
I am trying !

this is 100% standard fz150i before and after graph

this is 62mm bigbore fz150i before and after graph

another standard fz150i with FCU (the product)

62mm blok, racing cam, custom exhaust - the highest hp on fz150i so far
this product is well known across vixion(indonesia) and fz150i(malaysia) users, and 100% positive feedback so far.
i would love to see this FCU combined with joel kit on my bike
(or any joel'ed r15 here
)

My views on the YZF-R15 V2.0: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/news/198...tml#post699240
The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.
