& FYI this is only Indian bike which is equipped with such tech.

No, there is no such sensor which give you your lean angle. Although, the lean angle sensor must be reading the lean angle, and until it reaches 65 degrees, the ignition isn't cut. So if you can use software/hardware to read the signal from the lean angle sensor, you'll know in real time what your lean angle is!

Your frame is cracked! Can you post a picture?

Depending on where and how, it might be possible to re-weld the two parts together, but it'll have to be a very skilled & neat job. Otherwise you might have to claim insurance and replace the entire chassis!
        You get the point?? :D

            @ Navnish
My question is where have you mounted the ballast/ HID controller? Mine was mounted on one of the fairing screws and I felt it was loading the already fragile fairing.

P.S This is a regular ballast and not a slim one

What the hell could it be?

I faced this problem twice so far. Once at about 10K KMs and once recently at about 21K KMs but surprisingly this sound lasted a day or two and it went away. It used to come ONLY when idling or when I hold the clutch while riding (when the RPM falls to idling level).

Also, when the problem was happening, both the times I took it to the SC but the problem was not occurring every time. When I went to the SC it didn't come up Then it got set automatically. Didn't want them to open up my bike and try to rectify the sound without knowing what kind of sound & where it is coming from.

Take it easy, its just the clutch housing, I've told you about this sound in my bike also earlier. It tends to get set&deset on its own.
Only permanent solution would be changing clutch bell+plates+pressure plates+housing replace or lathe when you are due for clutch plate replacement.
I know thats still a long way to go so I ignore the sound.

@sheelpriye: The more the technology, the more the funny sounds!

you mean I have to open petrol tank cap and then close it after few seconds everytime when bike parked in sunlight.?????

Note: This sound only comes after starting the bike.

I think that is a fair price for that tyre considering unavailability.
Finally gave my bike to Orion motors today for service + identification of the rear tyre leak issue. They said that it is leaking slowly from one of 2 punctures that are located very close to each other. Have got this fixed but it still leaks very gradually. They are charging Rs 2500 for the rear tyre & were suggesting that I go ahead & change it now itself (@13 k kms). Asked them to put a tube in instead cause the tyre is good for another few thousand kms.

Can someone in Blore guide me to where I pick up the tyre from? And how much I can expect to be charged?
