Exactly, that's what even I've argued with Pearl Yamaha guys. They sometimes say "production has not yet started..and may/maynot start". ANd sometimes say "Production isn't going on, we never got any stocks".

Can you help me get one cowl please? It's kinda urgent, maybe we can talk about a way of shipping and payment??

    • @all:The ss guys SUCK bigtime

Had a fall 20 days back as a pillion on my bike.My body has recovered ,Unfortunately the bike hasn't.

Changed the following all on the right side:
      All three fairings
      rhs mirror
      indicator
      brake pedal(was completely bent)
      now waiting for following:

      Headlight stay
      heath sheath on the silencer
      end muffler cap
tail side fiber portion (dunno wht's its called)

Its so many days and so many arguments later still haven't got the parts.

Good thing is all these things are damn cheap.will scan the bill and post.

Even though the owner is a good friend no help on getting the parts.even the parts which were changed were removed from stock bikes and given to me.Imagine the plight of those bikes now.

Any idea where I should contact Mumbai Yamaha people.Any regional manager or territory head details wud be helpful.

      thanks,
      sigpic

                      • but that kind of dosnt make sense to me.

because even if ninja 250 will cost atleast twice as much as R15, what makes more sense to me is buy r15 (you practice your sbk skills) and save the rest of the money for a supersport or a liter class SBK. By next year or so... All the big players would have launched by then atleast.

I stuck to the RTR exactly for the same logic... its just that in these 18 months there has hardly been a 'brilliant' bike launched....

                          • Guys,

I have just change the tyre of my R15 to a 130 size IRC tyre.So far so good.

But I noticed after I changed the tyre,my ride feels a little more bumpy then before.

Is is normal or did I maybe over inflated the tyre??

Changing tires are not recommended. Many things will come into your plate now. This is just the beginning.
