Hey thanks guys...I have a query tough...I get some vibrations and a small noise ( kind of vibrating one..) from the front fairing.. i am thinking of asking them to check t out.. any tips???

New Query on Fuel tank Size
Guys need help
what's the size of our fuel tanks -the manual says 12Litres which includes 2 L reserve,
but if i fill the tank right from drought for 300rs speed that's close to 6 litres so i can fill another 6 litres, but my indicator shows close to band 5 sometimes 6, later it self adjust to 5,
earlier i thought it was the digital sensor some error, but when i open up the lid, the petrol is right up, hardly any room max i think 2 more litres can go anything more than that and it will spill out.
so is our tank size 10L or 9 coz i definately feel it's not 12L
has anyone faced such issue...

Same stuff shadowboy.for Rs.400 the entire tank gets filled up...i.e. approx 8 ltrs.
i guess I keep mucg=h in reserve but i tried it even when the low fuel indicator was on..still nothing above 8 litres gets filledsigpic

^^ fuel tank is 12lt only as I have filled 10lt fuel many times when the speedo showed F trip.Comment

The indicator is not 100% accurate. For me 'sometimes' the reserve sign (-F)comes up with 3 fuel bars up.but if i fill the tank right from drought for 300rs speed that's close to 6 litres so i can fill another 6 litres, but my indicator shows close to band 5 sometimes 6, later it self adjust to 5,

reason for my question is when my bike had travelled 25kms in reserve.....i topped up my tank full and that came upto 10.48 lts....
so i guess its 10lts + 2lts reserveLife's a Challenge

Gave my bike for 2nd service today at Pacer,
Just now the person in-charge called me up and told that there is swing-arm bend and CHASSIS-bend.. overall estimated cost is Rs 7000
In the past, I had a crash at Chennai Race track during the R15 championships(rectified the front- alignment) and another minor crash recently..
Chassis bend??? Is that possible??

Chassis bend are hard to find man, you should feel it when u ride the bike, and don't say you crashed in track, say you just fell like that to the insurance guys

Chassis bend is impossible for minor crashes. Even am not sure of the SC's claim. If they want to change try out the option of insurance. If not possible, just wreck the bike further deliberately and claim insurance. I see no other option.Originally posted by sajiv View PostChassis bend??? Bangalore wheels wasted 4 hours just to rectify if the tappets are making noise or not .First the service guy mahesh tells me that sir tappets are making noise come on tuesday we will fix it . on tuesday when i go to Bangalore wheels after 4 hours i got a lame answer from the so called service guy that there is no problem in the bike...Converting Halogen / HID headlamp setups to FULL LED.
