@Praful... None of the tuned exhausts are road legal...
So for starters we know three 'Facts'
1) It will void your warranty
2) It will make the bike loose the Road Legal status (unless you plan to get it legalised as a needed enhancement)
3) It will make you poorer by about 6 grands

Even I believe 25% is too much, moreover I was more keen about the top end
, he said there will be 7-8 kmph difference. But this mod is majorly to improve the mid and low rev. They are also going to launch a ECU in the near future. Lets see who launches the ECU first KRP or DSG

Guys I dont know about the 25% power bump. But if that exhaust is louder than the stock exhaust - by louder i mean with a better exhaust note, not just noise; then that exhaust is a decent buy. It looks fabulously finished. at 5k+ its slightly expensive though. I always felt that the r15 was just too silent for its own good. Esp after riding an RTR fi. Even the Yamaha Business head was impressed with the RTr's sound.
Also, the bike featured in the KRP site looks great. With the rear seat cover, and different tyres-nice tread, white wheels etc. It looks great!

I don't think it would be illegal... but then the bump in performance is crap. It would be a free flow exhaust and hence a better sound and better mid range - assuming that it is designed well as it comes from KRP. That's it. Otherwise Yamaha aren't sitting ducks with designing the performance kit if KRP can bump the performance by 25% or even 20% of that with just an exhaust.Originally posted by prafultripathy View PostIs it legal?
