Not at the blinking. When the fuel in the tank is consumed, that is time to turn the knob to reserve.

Looks like the time isn't going good for my bike.. now the brake light isn't working by the front brake lever, but fine with the rear paddle.. Another expense..

If the bike is under warranty period, stick to the SVC. Also, if you have taken the extended service, you will have to stick to the SVC only.

If you find a good local mechanic it is a blessing in disguise. Else, they tend to make the bike a big pain for us.

                Cheerz!!

To some extent it does. It surely helps to push the bike and the wind shield surely helps.

Okk.. And do you think it would fit on fz16 ? I think i have seen the same on some bikes..
Today i couldn't get past 104km/hr on the highway the wind was too strong from the front.. But managed to do 109km/h in crouched position.. The bike was at its max even then..

That's about the limit of the stock bike. Just came back from a ride to Ooty. I could only touch 112kmph on my fazer. But I was happy with how effortlessly the bike can maintain 80-90kmph on the highways. Being that you have to push.
The highlight of the ride was the curves while coming down from Ooty. Fully enjoyed the amazing way she handles the curves.

                      Firstly, do post some pics..
Ya, the stock feels at its limit at time speed.. Today i did some 85kms on straight highway.. And rode between 90-95km/hr continuously.. And the bike felt mostly stress free.. After 95km/hr, things started to get heavy..

                      Ride safe and have fun.

I was able to do 106-107kph. This was the max i could push it. My ride is FZ-S. If you could manage 109kph on FZ and with the shield on FZ-S i could manage 107kph. So, i really dont think the shield makes any difference . Maybe a bigger shield can be of help. But, the FZ engine isnt capable of doing triple digits easily.

Its a city focused bike.. I am not complainint.. But still.. Who doesn't want a few more kms..
Ya.. You right.. It won't matter much..

also, you should try 300v.. I filled you a couple of days back.. Engine seems to be loving it till now.. Engine feels way less stressed..
I would have used it earlier, but it wasn't available here..

                          Ride safe and have fun.

                            Hello People,
Any idea about "YAMALUBE ADDRIVE OIL" ? The svc guys told me that its a ADDITIVE oil used with regular YAMALUBE engine oil. I have been billed for Rs 135/- for it . The bike has a one ltr oil sump and i was wondering how could they add additive oil along with one ltr of engine oil! I asked svc about it and they said its added in proportion but i was billed for whole one ltr of oil and the additive oil both But engine seems to be running smoother and the heat from the engine is relatively lower! Do share your experience if you have used it and if its really worth and they are doing this with all bikes in my svc center.

14500 kms on my odo n i was billed 3k for this service Was asked to change the chain and sprockets. Please let me know if everything mentioned below in the bill was necessary.

When the indicator starts blinking ....your bike will move 20 kms more before hitting reserve .....

This is not definite.. The blinking can start anytime with low fuel.. The quantity or how much it wil run is not same everytime..
The bars are just to make things a bit easier.. But its not accurate..
my bike usually runs 40-50kms before hitting reserve..

                                Ride safe and have fun.
