Excuse for pics quality (phone's camera).
Thanks ... Would get it checked ... The plate that holds the radiator's base has shifted a little low ... Maybe that's what making the sound. I haven't installed any radiator grill...everything's stock in my bike ...!!!

Anyone here tried a hazard light setup on CBR? I'm talking about fitting the below switch to handle bar for hazard lights.

Generic Motorcycle Handlebar AccidentHazard Light Double Control Switch Button: Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike

And, I cannot find any space to mount this switch to CBR handle bar. Did anyone tried same kinda setup?

Check out this video at 14:33 and you will have the answers, it can be done.

Secondly, for those looking for handlebar replacement to a solid bar type, from the stock clip-ons.

        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

These led's I guess are made from China and we cannot just confirm the prices as different product comes via different routes. In the end the actual product matters. I paid X amount and am satisfied with my purchase and the product I got looked a good quality to me.

Also there are mix of 5w, 10w, 15w lights so check that out while buying.

Regarding power, i have taken it from the pass light directly from the switchgear, I also have a separate toggle switch for the lights. Can someone confirm me whether it has its own fuse?

Below is the place where I have tapped the power from the left side switchgear.

            no.
these are not the ones that were referred here..
these are cheap projector kind of lights and having horrible reviews.

those were actually SHILAN branded and are costlier.
if you want to search them, include the word "shilan" in your search term.

Hey guys, my bike had problems with the coolant level from day 1.. now the bike has clocked 4300 kms and i had informed the svc about this level drop issue.. they said it can't drop so quickly and topped up the reservoir. This happened while i was in svc for replacing the cam chain tensioner under warranty. Now, there is no coolant in the reservoir. When i opened up the oil filler cap, i found white milky substance on the cap. I am pretty sure coolant is mixing up with oil. Milky substance is even visible in the oil. So can it be blown cylinder head gasket? The bike is just 5 months old and these kind of repairs..:banghead: i have dropped a mail to honda again. Lets see what happens
The problem now is that i have to ride the bike for 100 kms to reach svc. Can i ride it in this condition? Would it do any harm?

That is shitty. You must be regretting your bike choice now. Do call the SVC and ask them if it's alright to ride it. Record the conversations and emails.

Yes buddy! I also own a 1991 RX100, sometimes i feel 2 strokes are better than these liquid cooled, dohc engines:banghead:
Jokes apart, Honda has registered a complaint again. I'll call the svc tomorrow. Will be recording all the conversations.. thanks buddy!

The milky substance is the mix of Water.with Oil ...obviously the coolant seems to be leaking into engine oil area ..may be a Engine Head Gasket failure , or Oil Seal failure ....It is not Advisable to run your engine in this condition since the water is likely to cause damage to moving parts by displacing engine oil which is there for lubrication.
Shoot an e-mail to HMSI and report the problem with the Pictures. Do not ride or start and run the engine...Ask the HMSI people to take it and do not do it by yourself, so that your interest is safeguarded....HMSI should not be given a chance to blame you to having used the engine with water in engine....
Keep all communications in record through e-mail..
                    Good Luck.

I recently got front tyre changed from stock ContiGo to Michelin Pilot Sporty 100/80-17. Actually, I went for MRF RevZ series 110/70-17, but after seeing it, it looked quite wider than the stock ContiGo (might be an illusion). Michelin Pilot Sporty 100/80-17 was there. It looked almost similar to stock ContiGo in width and I picked it up to give a try (was in my budget too). The steering has become lighter after putting this tyre on and it's easy to maneuver now. I would like to know the experience if someone from us has tried 100/80 size tyre in front?

                        Thank you!

I think u might have a small speedo error , correct me if I'm wrong but any other size tyre affects the speedo reading of the bike.

No brother. Front tyre size has nothing to with speedometer error in CBR250R as it senses speed from transmission/counter shaft. Just curious to know if someone has tried an undersized (100/80) tyre in front!

The milkshake syndrome as they say is what's every motorcyclist's nightmare. They usually appear in the sight glass at white latte and foamy and cover the glass entire, that's when you know you have trouble. As psr sir said, I think it's it's either the head gasket or the pump impeller seal. Get it checked, and do keep us posted on what gets replaced, and the follow-up from Honda.
