I gave up mate! I only wanted to encourage you and all to take care of our beloved rides as much as possible. I always believe that most or atleast some of the problems mentioned can be corrected by oneself. For the rest of the issues, there are ASCs and Honda. Coming to think of it, its probably my mistake that am too happy with my ride, although I have the same bike and probably made of the same parts quality as yours. I know very well that right now this is the best ride I can get for 1.69 (I have the standard/ version). Have ridden P220 sparsely, R15 extensively and RE350 once before getting this bike.Originally posted by srivaatsav View PostReplies in Bold
However if you are still not satisfied and the package is not what you deserved, you have every right to complaint to the manufacturer however way you wish to.
My apologies if I sounded lunatic in my earlier posts
Peace!!

Doc, the radiator looks in a very bad shape! On first look it thought its a victim of burnt or subjected to extreme heat!!Originally posted by doc_x View PostI know this has been discussed on the forum before and i remember reading somewhere that Ninja service manual suggests replacing the radiator if more than 20% fins are bent.
I had sent my bike for the service, pressure wash led to bent fins,i reported the issue to them, they asked me to come back and they would fix it.
This is what i got back after the repair

I see 40% fins bent here and i am concerned how serious it is,i haven't had any overheating issues by now,so i am wondering if i should-
1)Ask the ASC for a radiator replacement( one person in pune got replacement as earlier told by trustvishwas)
2)Get on with DIY with a radiator fin comb/pliers(BTW where do i find it)
3)See some AC repair centre if they can do a better job with the fins.
4)Leave it like that and forget about it as it wont affect the cooling and wont have any long run leak issues??
Anyways i am shooting a mail to the honda customercare email...I am not expecting a reply from them....So it would be great if you guys suggest me with any option from the above.
I suggest you seek replacement if you says it was returned to you that way by ASC.

Hi....
Did any one purchased rear Tyre-huger or front mud-guard rear-pad for CBR in Chennai?
I hope Tyre huger is much needed in rainy seasons. The pillion's back gets wet and dirty during rainy drives
The front mud-guard is needed as the dirt water splashes from front-wheels rear and enters the fins of radiator(mud gets deposited in radiator fins).
Your suggestions / welcome please! Please update me, if any shops available in Chennai to solve these issues.
