      • Bike Of The Year: Honda CBR250R
This is the 250cc motorcycle the Indian masses need right now, a desirable blend of good looks, forgiving handling, real-world ride quality matched to a torque-laden, powerful engine. The CBR has gathered nothing but superlatives in its Indian innings and it bridges the gap between the small displacement sporty motorcycles and the much larger CBU motorcycles with wonderful performance at a reasonable price, a winning combination. The Ceeber also wins our Compact Bike Of The Year and also the Viewers Choice For Bike of The Year Awards.

Not the counter steering part, but certainly holding the handle bar part; I feel more upright or may be my imagination, but wrist pain is a thing of past

                      Hi Argee sir,
Have been taking an interest in you for the past few days, since I saw you'r posts in the international cbr250r forum.

I believe TV sir has taught you to properly grip the handle by actually letting loose and steering instead of grabbing hard so that you dont over strain and the bike can make necessary corrections for you. I hope along with following the above procedure you'r also gripping the bike properly with the help of your knees, cause only then you can successfully counter steer as well, else you'll panic once the bike starts to lean due to the counter force and your survival instincts will kick in by making you grab the handle bar harder while as the same time making you wobble. To initiate just push and pull, some insists on just pushing, but that wont work very well from my experience. And after the turn has been initiated gradually keep on feathering the throttle and keep an eye on where you want to go, i.e the corner exit, not the road banks, its cause there's a natural tendency in which we go where we look. Im a newbie when it comes to riding and trying to gather as much knowledge as I can, I hope my above post will be of any assistance to you,and if by chance anythings wrong with it then please do correct me.

                      Ashwin.

DK, i asked them so many times about what the kit included and he said, almost all allenkey bolts on the body such as fairings, footrest assembly, mirrors. Mirror bolt now has a rubber cap. And they replaced the rear grab rail. I dont think they changed anything more than this. Unfortunately, i wasn't present when they did everything as i got an IMP call. But i saw them changing fairing bolts.
I got this done from sai point honda, thane. I had went there as sai point honda, mira road (from where i purchased the bike) told me there is a camp going on but there was only this kit replacement stuff. Nothing else.. Vihaan said they will call me if there is anything. But i dont think as Sai point had a list of cbr's which are eligible for it or maybe every cbr sold by them. So you may have to go to the ASC from where you bought the bike.

                          • BTW, did anyone know there's some kind of competition going on & there's some kind of one winner in each district to get trained on C250R by some former track champion? I'd been at ASC this evening, but couldn't get the full crux as the morons disappointed me in giving the bike back & I lost interest reading the poster completely.
