you can see led bulb in 2nd pic.
i have got them from car accessories shop in karol bagh delhi.
ya these are led bulb thats why they blinks fast or may be because of weak flasher that honda uses for normal bulb and i am using led bulb wid it and it blinks like audi indicators

and costs 150rs for set of 2 bulb.
Thanks. You just bought the bulbs and installed them, right? Or the indicators as a whole? Cool mod.Now am thinking, where do I get them in Kolkata!!!
Can u tell me the wattage of the stock bulbs and that of LED indicators? It would help me narrowing down my search.

    • Hi guys ,
Just returned from a 1480 kms trip ..Pune - Gokarna - Jogfalls -Murudeshwar - Pune. will be starting a thread and upload the pics soon.

The CBR performed great. I was able to maintain 120 -130 speeds on the NH4 for great stretches and got aroud 30 -31 kmpl for the same...

In return trip maintained 80 -90 trough out the NH4 and seemed she was giving around 37 + kmpl.

One funny characteristic of the bike was that it had a severe problem of handle bars vibrations which seemed to disappeared for the remaining trip after the bike had done 400kms.. but again appeared the next day when the engine was cold ...also during the lasts 300 kms of the return trip (bike already done 400 for that day) there were no vibrations from the handle bars but.... there was a funny sound from the engine area when u were accelerating like there was a loose metal piece or similar to a metallic "Nut" whirling in a glass....its hard to describe ....

Q anybody had a similar problem ?? What could it be ??

      • Get your shims checked, they are surely the culprits. Regarding vibs going away after certain distances it is only after a prolonged time you stop feeling it

What ever it be that is some good efficiency she is returning, Enjoy.

I have the similiar problem earlier. Everytime i open my throttle i get the knocking kind of sound from value train. I visited ASC and they told me that It was problem with SHIMS. They have replaced the shims, after replacing the shims the sound reduced to 85% to 90%. But i still observe this at times. So my oproblem is not solved 100%.

Are you getting this sound at above 5KRPM and above? please check this and get back to me.

yeah i too got my bike with white LED bro dont know but seen other CBR with yellow parking lights.
Congratulations buddy! Your ownership experience isn't much different from mine. Had same issues/experience with my bike, now getting used to it. How bad/severe is the vibration at idling rpm? Im still facing the vibration issues.

I did sent Bike to the ASC for the same reason, before going on this trip and they said they had changed the SHIM and that I give them the feedback after the trip. I will be going to them in a day or two.

Funny thing about the sound is that it started only after the bike had done about 800 kms of almost constant riding , and with that the annoying vibrations disappeared that used to make my hands go numb.

I guess that it had something to do with engine heating and parts epxanding or something like that ......dunno

YES the sound exists for 4500 - 5500 rpm for 6th gear, and 4000- 4500 for 5th gear ...something in those range ....

PS: Did you notice any change in performance before and after the SHIM job

I have exactly same problem. ASC confirmed that it was problem with shims. But identifying and replacing correct SHIMs is a big task. If they measure it wrong and replace with new one, then other problems might come.

This is what happened to me.

1st time, ASC have measured SHIMS size wrongly and replaced wrong size SHIMs, after that the sound increased more at 4.5 to 5.5 K RPM.
2nd time they have re-measured the SHIMS (different ASC) and replaced new SHIMS, now the sound has reduced to 80%, but I still have problem (value train or tappet noise). Besides, I have too much engine vibration, I can fell that my handle bar and tank vibrates more.

                  • My Jezebel has covered some 2600 odd km by now. So far no major trouble from her. But I am facing an irritating problem of my hands getting numb after every ride. Yesterday I did a 400km tour and my left hand is still numb. I feel very high frequency vibrations on my handle bar which are making my hands go numb. How can I resolve this issue?

1 more problem I faced yesterday was that of engine vibration coming to footpegs only when I De-accelerate also the engine feels rough. But when I accelerate its back to its smoothness. This issue was not there before. Anyone else facing this issue?

Do you ride the bike straightaway in the mornings or after prolonged state of not being used without idling for a few minutes to get the engine warmed up?

I have the same issue from last 4000kms... Went to ASC first for footpeg vibration
All They did was just thightend all bolts attached to the frame...
At 2nd time found defective shims.. Got replaced under warranty..
But Have this issue till date...
P.S: It is better to ignore the vibrations than to giving your bike to ASC...

I do let the bike idle for about 1-2 mins before riding.

I have had my share of issues with the ASC here and can understand what you mean. But I can't live with my hands getting numb after every ride. This is not expected out of a premium bike like ours. Need to resolve this issue somehow. Can't we contact HONDA engineers directly ?

                              • Don't have my ownership manual with me, so posting the query here. (Could not wait to go home and check it) The second free service I know is due at 6000 kms.

The first service is to be done with in 1 month right, within ____ months should the second service be done?
