the intake clearance stock is 16 mm +- 4 mm and exhaust should be 27mm +- 4 mm.
the rear for non-abs costs 800+taxes.. get s p220 rear pad and its a direct fit for non abs should be 200-250 bucks

i am runnning 55w stock replacement Osram night breakers and they are a welcome change.. they are far more crisp and clear than stock. though stock is good
but once i upgraded difficult to go back.. stock looks like a candle.. trust me...

and Osram was 1100 bucks for a pair. .thats like 550 bucks for one bulb and stock bulb is 700 bucks from showroom..

Haven't seen anthing from Indian (or even Thai/Chinese exporters). But Helibar people do ship worldwide - and the shipping rates are pretty much standard, considering the fact that I paid $72+$59 for a Xena disc lock!

Bro if Ur SVC is really going to check your bike`s shim clearence & asking for 200/- it is a steal, just get it done infront of U so even better. After U watch the mechanic removing so many parts, nut bolts & all U might pay him 50/- more as a tip

                      • Today while cleaning I noticed a few fins of the radiator were bent. I was about to start working on the guard that is posted elsewhere in this thread, but wanted to know if there is any other feasible solution. Also, can those bent fins be bent back to the way it was? No issues right?

Srini the fins can bent back to its original position but it is back breaking job. If your bike is not over heating then why bother it? They are again going to get bent if U pressure washed but if it is creating heating issues then U will need to work on it.

Just a couple of fins are out of shape, but this after riding for less than 4 days, but I see there is no permanent solution for this. I'll work on something and see
