Just saw that my right side Central fairing was very loose. Upon opening up, saw that the top left clip was missing the white plastic thing the other clips had. Will I be able to replace just the clip or Will I have to replace the entire fairing piece?

You can replace only the clip.
In fact I change all my clips about a month back.

Usually when i go for a full tank(the level of the bottom part of the fuel cap rests), I have the 6 bars filled. Seems like a small problem with the fuel sensor, but doesn't look to be giving a error on a big margin, quite a small margin actually, so i guess you can live with it.

I have never seen the 6th bar till date. I usually fill till the plate near the neck of the tank opening.

BTW your signature is spot on!

If only one or two are required the mechanic may do it FOC.
I have seen the mechanic replace it without charge once as all the clips usually donot not survive removal of fairing.

Sorry for not posting a pic, will have to open it up again to do so. The clip being referred to is one of the three on the central fairing, marked the position (not exact)

Yup, definitely a small problem. Was just making sure.
Ok, after checking for n no of times, found my milage is 30 kmpl which is more than my expectation.... And yes, the ride involves more cities than Highways...

brisk racing spark plug - multipoint ( import )
galfer brake pads ( import )
chain set change
cone set replacement
fork oil change to Motul 20W. stiffer suspension -- sharper handling....

tryes already changed both irc front dunlop rear...

stage 2 : steel braided brake lines and maybe bigger petal disc for front n rear..
over all this service will be costing close to 10k
1.Would like to know your long term review regarding Galfer brake pads.Today i changed both front and rear brake pads on my bike to Galfer. Just after the installation found no difference in braking however the instructions for the same mentions a bedding in period of 300km, so rode the bike for 50kms today with moderate and short duration of braking. One thing i noticed after around 47kms of riding today was when i approached a speed breaker a light dab on the rear brake caused the ABS to cut-in as i felt juddering of the brake pedal, after that twice i braked a bit hard to check the efficiency of the brake due to sheer curiosity and found even thought no difference in brake feed back as compared to Nissin the braking distance has reduced and brake had become more sharper. Ofcourse i may have found this difference because of riding with worn pads for quite sometime and suddenly switching to new set of brake pads.BTW had changed front pads at around 7500km odo reading and changed both front and rear at 15170km odo reading even though rear pads has quite some material left in it.

2.Any particular observation after using multi point racing spark plug from Brisk.

Hey guys anyone here changed their brakelines chnaged? Would Duke 200 or P220 brakelines fit? D200 & CBR250R's wheelbase is same...so Duke's brakelines should be a direct fit to CBR...right?

Not sure about D200/390/P220 brake lines, but I guess TeeJay had put HEL steel braided lines for 3.5k odd.

Yes, as Divya said, I changed to HEL Steel braided lines for the front for approx 2.5k. And the feedback is amazing - have been using for over 6 months now; would recommend to any non ABS owner wishing to have a better bite.

Can you post some pics of your bike showing steel braided lines please, also wanted to know weather the cost of the same has gone up cause when i enquired about the cost of HEL lines recently, i was quoted 7.5K for 2 lines in pune.
