yes, that qualifies as lugging the engine. The engine makes very little torque that low and also the fueling is noticeably erratic in that range.Originally posted by Harish Menon View Post

but hey i did my share of lugging too while running-in (i was a noob back then). performance-wise, my bike's a little bit short on the top end compared to a well run-in bike. and the way i ride now (pretty hard), oil consumption is a bit poor, i need to top up the oil every 750km or so.
